Women’s bathroom tissue dispenser broken and no soap so you know that workers are not washing their hands. Wait was very long and only two people working the entire store. They are using gloves so that is positive. Very expensive for a sandwich.

The 2 working today are rockstars - handling a lunch rush all by themselves and quality food coming out with a little bit of a wait but the lady upfront gave me the choice to wait or not before I placed my order by telling me the projected wait time- love that.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We loved it! Everything was super fresh and full of flavor. My wife couldn’t get enough of the sweet peppers and mushrooms in her cheesesteak, and I loved the pastrami with the sweet coleslaw in the capastrami — so good! Definitely our new go-to spot for sandwiches.

Absolutely horrible service. Wish I could review the food but we walked out before we finished ordering. The gentleman named “Andrew” I think he made that name up when I asked, we confrontational and rude as soon as we walked in the door. We opened the door and he said “if you want food, you better order now!” And then he was very annoyed and angry the whole time we ordered. We finally decided to walk out when he snapped at my mother and became heated over pepper relish. “Andrew” is a clown, this restaurant sucks, do yourself a favor walk 20’ to the north and eat at the Saffron Circle. Way better food, and they welcome you and appreciate your business. Not like “Andrew”

If you're looking for one slice of meat on a loaf of bread for $15 look no further!! Other locations haven't skimped me like this. Very disappointing. Service was great my food was a joke.

I was up in South West Salt Lake during the work day. I have been craving “The Bobbie” If I’m not mistaken. Turkey, Cranberry, stuffing. I think it’s delicious. Went out of my way to go, even though it was putting me behind. I walked in and it smelled delicious. It was 12:20 in the afternoon. There were only 4 people sitting at a table and 1 person in front of me to order. I was surprised it wasn’t busier. I thought I got lucky!! After waiting for the person in front of me to order. Which took way longer than it should have, I stepped up to order. (I could tell the person in front of me wasn’t happy at all unfortunately) I tried to order, and was told it was going to be 30 minutes for it to be ready. I couldn’t wait that long. (Even though I wanted to) Just curious, how is it possible during peak lunch time that I couldn’t get a “fast food” sandwich during my lunch break when no one was in the restaurant? I was disappointed that they didn’t offer some kind of comp or free sandwich card. What ever happened to service and the customer?? I walked out and probably won’t be back. I typically only leave good reviews, but this frustrated me.

Great sandwich shop located out in Mountain View Village. Lots of choices outside the normal every day sandwich.

Food is made fresh and served promptly. Fresh bread. Fresh ingredients.

Very expensive.

We actually have been to Capriotti’s a few time and we really enjoyed them when we’ve eaten there and we enjoyed them when we were in Las Vegas. It had been a while and they had a special on so we decided to go there last night. We ordered the special that they have it’s a Cheesesteak BLT. My husband wasn’t very hungry so he ordered a 5 inch and I ordered the 8 inch. It said that the sandwich came with beef cheesesteak, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and bacon. We did not make any modifications to the sandwiches, when we ordered. The bag felt like air literally it was so light. I thought they’d forgotten a sandwich or give us the wrong order. No, it was two sandwiches. I also asked my husband when he went in to get me some peppers, I forgot to have them put on my sandwich. He said oh my wife wants peppers, but I can’t remember if she wants hot or sweet peppers so he said can I get some of each? The employee just put both in the same cup, which did not solve the problem at all. The sandwiches themselves were absolutely dismal. I’ve never had a worse sandwich at a sandwich shop ever. I took pictures of the sandwiches, they had no mayonnaise. My husband’s had two 1/2 slices of tomato on his, mine had one and a half and they were small tomatoes slices cut from a Roma or Campari tomato. The cheesesteak was grilled flat, layers together, the cheese melted into it. There was absolutely no flavor and the meat was dry. Each had one or two slices of bacon down the sandwich, and a few pieces of lettuce. I do have pictures of these disasters. We did not go back to complain, as we were pressed for time, but I definitely will not go back to eat there again either. We always love Jersey Mike’s and this just brings home the reasons we do.

One of the employees was very disrespectful and wouldn’t allow me to put half hot half sweet peppers on my large wagyu cheesesteak. He then proceeded to talk shit on me to his coworker. This is a bummer because me and my fiancé love this restaurant.
