The best footlong I’ve had, if you know what I mean. The best footlong my wife’s had too! Hail yeah!

There was a bit of a language barrier when ordering our sandwiches. We had gotten through it fairly well.We ordered a French Dip Sandwich. The sandwich was pretty good eating it plain because of the Mayo. The au jus was good, the Mayo did not go well when you dip your sandwich.Parking: Parking is shared with other stores in the area so there were plenty of parking spots.Kid-friendliness: This place is a kid friendly location. They had a highchair for toddlers.Wheelchair accessibility: There is limited handicap parking in front of the store. It is usually empty. There is a ramped sidewalk that can be used to get up to the entrance. The doors are wide enough for wheelchairs to fit through. You may need someone to hold the door for you to enter.

Damien was awesome! It is rare to get the personal and genuine customer service that we received from him today. Greeted us right as we entered, made great recommendations and was super helpful the entire time. Went out of his way many times while we were there to bring us stuff we forgot or needed. Great food, fun environment. Definitely a place we will go back to, especially due to the amazing customer service.

Worst Philly cheesesteak we have ever had. Ordered online to pick up. Place wasn't busy looked like one person working. Dried out bread, 1/2 tsp if that of chopped onion and a piece of white cheese. We threw them away. A real waste of $26. We usually go to Jersey Mikes, decided to try this place. What a mistake! Should have returned and requested money back

I’ve been a fan of Capriotti’s since I was introduced to them 20 years ago back in Delaware and Pennsylvania, where they are very popular. Their subs (or hoagies, as they are known there) are made with fresh ingredients, including carved, roasted turkey. They also have the best Philly cheese steaks. My favorite is the cheese steak with sweet peppers and mushrooms (no onions) and the Bobbi (which is pretty much a Thanksgiving meal on a sub).

First time at Capriotti's. I took the employees recommendation on the grilled Italian. I REALLY liked it. Great flavor, good bread. Some sub shops you like....but does not make you go "wow". I went "wow" after my medium grilled Italian. I'll come back again.

Stopped by hoping for a quick dinner. We waited 35 minutes for our sandwiches...which were dry, sparse, and lacking in flavor. Definitely will not be back. It was also FREEZING inside the building.

Not great. They got our order wrong, did end up fixing it but the sandwiches were pretty poor. Got the Bobbie, pretty bland & came with the huge bone spear, luckily I didn't shoot it through the roof of my mouth. Bread might have been fresh 4 or 5 days ago, it was crunchy... Cheese steak pretty ordinary, better off at Downtown Philly or probably anywhere else based off this experience. Service was lame as well. Asked what sauces they had, "uh, we have like mustard" ?

Soo used to love this place when I lived in Cali and was so excited to see them on Door dash after a super busy day if trying to get ready for the holidays/week. After an hour, we received our order (2 sandwiches) except there was only one sandwich and a note that said they were out of waygu beef. Not only is that 5 sandwiches on their menu, but inwas told by Door dash that they have my number and should have called to let me know. I would have happily ordered a turkey sandwich or honestly anything as long as I had something to eat, or canceled and ordered somewhere else, but they didn't have the decency to contact me or give me that option. Also, the sandwich we did get was horrid. Maybe because it was late they didn't care anymore and were just ready to go home.. all I know is they lost Mt business and I will be telling everyone I know about this experience.

First and last time ordering. I placed an order for two sandwiches through DoorDash and after waiting for over 45 minutes, only one sandwich arrived with a note saying they were out of beef. No phone call to ask if we wanted to replace it with anything else or cancel our order. Just a scribbled note. By the time we got the sandwich, the only places open were fast food. We would have swapped for another sandwich or ordered elsewhere but we were not given that option or any warning that we weren't receiving our entire order. Honestly it felt like they just wanted to close and so they didn't care. Again, never doing business with them again.

We went to the Capriotti's in Riverton about 3pm on 11-25-23 and paid $22.00 for an 18inch Bobbie. This sandwich comes with turkey, cranberry sauce, and stuffing. We took the sandwich home and found hardly any turkey and a very stingy amount of stuffing. It was a total rip-off! We paid all that money for a long piece of bread with hardly anything it! While waiting for our sandwich, the phone just rang and rang even though there were three employees standing around doing nothing! The one girl who was making our sandwich called out for someone to answer the phone. She reminded them that a person was recently fired for not answering the phone. One of the girls who was standing around said, "I really don't care." The phone continued to ring and was never answered! This place SUCKS and we will never eat there again!

Not sure how to rate any of this because we walked in 20 mins prior to closing and were told they weren’t taking orders anymore because they wouldn’t be able to finish a sandwich in time…

I arrived at 8:50pm after checking the hours online. It says they’re open until 9. After parking and arriving at the door it was probably 8:53pm.But alas, the door was locked! Both employees inside just gave me hand gestures that they were closed. I started to walk away and glanced at my phone and it was still 6 minutes before 9. I get that that is ‘close’ to closing, but normally every place that posts a closing time does not lock the doors until the posted closing time. So I turned around and knocked on the window for one of the guys to talk to me. He explained they close at 845pm to take care of orders already placed. The website clearly states that the store is open until 9. If no guests are allowed to order a sandwich after 845pm, then that is your closing time! Not 9pm. I could have received my sandwich and paid and been out before 9, so I have to leave this poor review because I literally raced to get here by 850 thinking I’d have time to get my sandwich before they oclosed! And what orders are they making?? Should I have called in my order at 830?? I chose to avoid texting while I was driving and came straight here in what I assumed was good timing!!Also, the employee kept saying he was sorry, and they had to make the orders. There was not another sole in the store, so how many orders did they have to make? There was 2 of them! And they decided they were too busy at 850, with no customers in the store, to fit in one sandwich for the customer who took the time to drive down here to get one. So, so disappointing. When I owned a cafe I would unlock the doors an hour after closing to get a customer what they wanted!! Employees don’t care when it’s not their business. Very sad indeed. Now I’ll go find a different place to spend my $15.

Terrible experience walking in last night. Waited over 30 minutes just to be given the wrong sandwich, which was then taken back by an employee and then given my correct sandwich which had been sitting out on the counter the whole time. On top of that, definitely feel sick this morning and that was all I ate. Super disappointed as this was one of my favorite spots, but after last night I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location again.
