I'm not very impressed with this Chick-fil-A. The chicken in my grilled chicken sandwich was like rubber. Not sure if it was thoroughly cooked. I definitely won't order that again. UPDATE- The owner replied to my poor review and asked that I call his store. I did and I spoke with TWO different managers who basically offered nothing in response, except to say they would tell the kitchen manager. I left my phone number, but the owner never called back. I guess this Chick-Fil-A really could care less. I know that if I were the owner, I would want to make it right.

I love this chick fil a however recently have been a bit upset. I normally order a 12 count grilled nugget. I recently have noticed that it doesn’t seem like 12. We went yesterday and it was only 8. I reported it in the app so I got a free one. Went again today. Ordered a 12. The box the nuggets are in say there’s 12, however when I count them there is only 8 again! Kinda frustrating to be paying a couple extra dollars for a 12 and to keep receiving 8 counts. I tried 3 times to call the store today and no answer.

Listen, I’m a little embarrassed to tell you I’m a signature member. That means I have spent way too much money on chickfila. However I do feel like this means my critique is warranted due to my extensive product testing LOL. YOU GUYS lay off the toaster. I had a cracker muffin breakfast sandwich. And I swear to you it was cracker crispy tap your finger nails ASMR material. And then I did a biscuit the next time because surely that will be fluffy and perfect. But naaaaw you guys it was also crispy?! Let’s work on the baking and toasting times. Good heavens :)

This Chick-fil-A is great... most of the time. The service is incredible almost all of the time. The employees are very friendly and helpful, and everyone from the lowest on the totem pole to the higher ups in management are friendly. The reason this review is 4 stars and not 5 is because sometimes food can be left out or forgotten. Now, this isn't a huge deal because they always make it right, BUT it is an inconvenience. It seems that in an attempt to be the fastest and the friendliest, they forget things here and there. I would recommend always checking to see if all your food is there, and if it's not, then just go in, and the employees will make it right.
Things I would recommend the most are the nuggets, chicken sandwich (and deluxe chicken sandwich), and salads. They have great milkshakes, and the Chick-fil-A sauce is great! For me, the lite lemonade is the only real option when it comes to drinks. Litterally, everything Chick-fil-A serves is good.

This morning was one of several times I’ve checked my bag and either had missing items or items made incorrectly. I only order for 3 people, so it really shouldn’t be so difficult. I’ve tried to be patient and have thought it was just a few misses here and there, but it’s becoming a consistent issue. Please fix it!

Today was my first day home alone woth my kids after having surgery so I thought chic fil a would be an easy lunch. I got to the drive through and my car battery died. I was beyond embarrassed and it couldent have happened on a worse day or at a worse time. Little did I know, Chic fil a was ready to save the day! They immediately had 2 guys push my car through the drive through to a parking spot, where another employee was ready with his truck to jump my car, and another brought lunch out to my kids and I and wouldent even let us pay for it. They saved my bacon and got me out of a huge jam and then bought my kids and I lunch on top of it. Honestly it brought me to tears how amazing and kind they were. Of.course chic fil a is always yummy but i cant even thank the team at Riverton. Chic fil a enough for all they did to help me today. Truly from the bottom of my heart, thank you!!!! They all deserve a huge raise!!!
