Took my family to dinner here yesterday. The very first thing I noticed was that all of our drinks were flat (I guess their machine was acting up and nobody mentioned it) if you've ever had flat Dr pepper and Coke zero you would know they aren't good. Go on to ordering and my daughter ordered the kids meal chicken dippers but it doesn't come with any sauce or anything to dip it in? So hers just looked like dry under seasoned grilled chicken (she ate her mandarin oranges and that's it) my sons liked their pizza. My husband ordered the ribeye (medium well) which is almost $30 on the menu with a side of sauteed mushrooms and I ordered the surf and turf (medium) with a side of sauteed mushrooms as well. The mushrooms had absolutely no seasoning and the steaks came out over cooked so we sent them back, they came back out and mine was medium but my husbands was over cooked again so they got the manager and he came out and explained to me that since the steak is so thin it's almost impossible to cook it to medium well and that it can go back again but it'll come back to us overcooked again. I wanted to eat here after 10 years going but I think that was our last time eating there and we'll just stick to Applebee's next time.

This location is so very slow! We waited an hour after we ordered for our food to show up when we are a party of 2! We also came here a couple weeks ago and same thing we waited an hour for our appetizer to even show up. Overall not worth it to come here.

Came here with my family just to check it out sat at a clean table right away our server was nice and polite, the food was out so quick I was surprised usually chili's takes 30mins but this was much faster. I definitely will be coming back.

This Chili’s location is unfortunately awful. My family and I eat at chilis frequently. We moved closer to this one a couple months ago. We may have to pick a new restaurant as our go to. This chilis is horribly slow and understaffed. Service is always friendly but always painfully slow. We went last Sunday party of 5. Was told 30 minutes. Several parties ahead of us were leaving due to extended wait times. We were told the kitchen is too backed up to serve- restaurant was half full. We ended up waiting almost an hour. A party of 6 walks in, says they know a server and was seated immediately in her section. Not a great look.

We decided to go at 2pm on a Saturday was not very busy Got sat instantly and the server came ans asked what drinks we would like after ordering drinks took about 10-15 mins to receive than after we ordered food another 50 mins it came out with 2 of the sides wrong and took another bit to get the correct ones. Asked for straws from the waiter and he never brought them I had to go ask front of house for them. Same with boxes after we had paid on the tablet. Worse service we have come by.

My sister, niece and I had THE BEST WAITRESS EVER!! Tyler was the best waitress both of us have ever had! She was so kind and personable and so attentive. She was AMAZING with my niece and showed her all the love! She knew what we needed without us even having to ask! It felt like we became besties by the end! Best experience I have had at a restaurant! Would definitely come again and ask for Tyler! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Ask for Tala for your waiter he offers excellent , genuine customer service. Juan the general manager is also so friendly and helpful. I would go out of my way to come to this one because of the two of them.
Ordered some chips and salsa x2 for takeout. Can’t even get a full container of salsa. Both containers were only half full. And the chips tasted stale.

I showed up and was told the wait would be 20-30 minutes, which seemed fine. We ended up being seated in just 20 minutes, and our waitress was fantastic. She took our order quickly and brought out drinks and chips and salsa right away. The chips and salsa were great, but that’s where the positives ended.
After that, we waited an hour for our food without any updates. While our waitress did a great job keeping our drinks and snacks filled, we started to wonder about our order. We were told we were just two tickets away from our food, but as we kept asking every 15 minutes, we watched other tables get served while we sat there empty-handed.
At the 1 hour 45 minute mark, we finally got a manager involved and decided to just pay for our chips and salsa and drinks and leave. To top it off, as we were walking out, the manager handed us a to-go order that wasn’t even ours. I can only assume someone else is now waiting for their food, too.
This experience was incredibly frustrating. Waiting almost two hours for no food is unacceptable, and it’s clear there are serious issues with the kitchen staff here. I’d recommend avoiding this Chili’s and finding somewhere else to eat.
