Long time customer,Current management bald headed guy unknown name as well as male with short curly hair, female older lady all ZERO personality..I've seen all three personally belittle employees.. The bald headed manager sit in a booth focus on his laptop, while customers have waited to be seated unwilling to to assist his employees... Mean while eating his outside food from (Jimmy John's) must be his way of promoting Chillis menu!!.I have never seen these individuals interact with their customers must be awfully miserable. Direct reflection of the over all success or lack there of.

Ordered takeout. Picked up order and was missing two items. Went back and waited at the counter for some time, but when the employee came out they were understanding and corrected the mistake. Ordered 2x cookie skillets (along with wings and tenders that were over cooked and hurt to eat) and poured the chocolate fudge over both of them, tasted HORRIBLE. Realized after the fact that it was because of the chocolate fudge sauce tasting chemically, but it was too late. Ended up just throwing away both cookie skillets. Waste of a gift card.

Service was great. I ordered the chicken bacon quesadilla. First photo is what shows on the menu, second photo is what I got. My daughter wanted Mac and cheese, it tasted like Kraft. I cannot believe I payed as much as I did for this food.

This was the best experience I've had at Chili's. Our server Rachel was awesome and kept our drinks topped off. The ribeye and shrimp tasted perfect and the honey chipotle chicken crispers were amazing, as always. The skillet chocolate chip cookie was not as good as I remembered, but the rest of the meal was great.
We will DEFINITELY be coming back here!

I went here in early July for a celebration dinner. We had Kurt as our server. He was friendly, attentive, and even bundled one of our meal choices together to make things a bit easier. The atmosphere was really fun as well. Would definitely recommend this location!

I sat down for a lovely meal with my family today n a great monday night, we were served by a woman named Roberta, after she introduced herself we could tell the vibe was very off with her. She continued to speak to me and my family VERY rudely and between her service we could hear and see her verbally talking down on her other staff. We seen her target a little blonde girl 20 feet away from our table, she got mad for her drinking a beverage (water, most likely). We could also hear her speaking down on minorities which made me and my family even more uncomfortable. food was AMAZING though I can say that, it was hot and fast and tasty! But our interactions with Roberta were disrespectful, uncomfortable. I don’t mean to to sound terrible but we could tell that there was an elephant in the room, and for background me and my family are from Guatemala. I wish management will look over this and evaluate their staff. We have NEVER been treated so horribly but any other of chilis restaurants in Utah valley.
Tenders were very dry & hard for kids to eat ,didn't enjoy 😞
