This is one of the worst chip locations to go to. They don’t bake the cookies properly. I got sugar cookies on two occasions and they’re overcooked and hard. Customers service sucks too. The franchise should shut this location down because it’s been bad for a while

I called this store after placing an order through the Chip website, as the Toast system advised contacting the store directly for any issues. Instead of taking the time to understand or help with the situation, the employee immediately told me to contact Uber or DoorDash—even though I had not used either of those apps to place my order. How would I know which service was used if I ordered directly through the site? When I asked to speak to someone above her, she reluctantly offered to help. However, she then placed me on hold and proceeded to speak negatively about me in the background to whoever she had contacted for help. It was unprofessional and frustrating. I just wanted someone to take responsibility and resolve the issue instead of passing the buck.

I’ve been a huge fan of your brand for years and have always loved your cookies — I’ve never minded paying the $20 for the 4-box because the quality has always spoken for itself. But this time, I was completely disappointed.

Is this supposed to be your Dubai Chocolate? It looked nothing like the promo — no drizzle, no visual appeal, and frankly, nothing special. I asked the employee about it and she wasn’t able to answer any of my questions because she didn’t even know the product. That was frustrating.

To make matters worse, for the first time ever as a loyal Chip customer, you were completely out of the OG cookie — the very cookie your brand is named after. That’s a major letdown.

And finally, the employee tried to charge me the custom cookie price for a standard sugar frosted cookie, which I know is part of your regular rotation. Again, a clear sign she didn’t know your menu or pricing.

I’m sorry for the rant — I usually don’t complain — but this visit really missed the mark. I expect better, especially from a brand I’ve supported and recommended to so many others.

Terrible experience! I went to this store an hour and half before closing and they had NO COOKIES left. Literally they told me they had biscoff cookies and one to make BTS cookie. They didn’t even have their chocolate chip cookie. How is your store even in business if you can’t provide the product you supposedly offer??? I won’t go back to this location ever. Such a waste of my time.

I am severely disappointed in this store. we came in around 8pm and the girl helping us had her hair all falling out of her bun and looked so unprofessional. she acted as if we just ruined her night by coming in. when we were asking about the cookies on display, she would tell us about it then proceed by saying “but we’re out of that”. WHAT? they don’t close until 10, how are they already out? all we wanted was a cookie and instead we walked out with an underbaked, cold cookie dough and a headache.

We love chip cookies but this location is so disappointing. The cookies are always so good but the employee interactions are such a disappointment every single time I visit. Most of the time there is a single teenager running the place, overwhelmed with no customer service skills whatsoever. Very unfriendly and always seem put out by every little thing. There seems to be no dress code either, they can dress as unprofessional as they please and have friends hanging out in the store that just chat with the teens and linger, taking up all the tiny store space while the workers bring stools from the back for the friends to sit on. I also had an online catering pickup order a couple months back, placed online about a week prior. Luckily I called to confirm it the day of, because I had not heard anything from the company regarding my order. they had no recollection of my order and had no plans to make it prior to my call the day of pick up. Luckily my call was taken by one of the managers and they were very helpful and got my order done In time. Environment is important in these little shops.
