Cookies are ok. In my opinion these are only really good if you compare them to store bought cookies. However the convenience is nice. I will say though that the employees aren’t great and customer service.
Employee issues or possibly just poor management. The cookies are awesome but we always have the worst customer service experience with the Mtn view village location. For better customer service (which seems it would be simple considering it’s just cookies) go to Crumbl or Crave or a different Chip location.
They was out of milk.
Worst customer service ever!! I went in to buy a cookie, they told me they were out of cookies even though they had day old cookies in the bin, I asked to buy one and was told they cannot sell me one! Ridiculous. Definitely don’t recommend!!
Made an online order and went and pick up, then Got home and they did not give us what we ordered. Went back and she said she was told to do that, to put other cookies on the box if they didn’t have what the person order but not even tell the customer. Called them 6 times on the way there and did not pick up. We ordered at 5pm and they are open until 10. Plenty of time to make them.
Won’t answer the phone after toast delivered to the wrong address. I have tried calling 10+ times
Normally they're the best location but I was extremely disappointed today! Hard and over baked.
This is one of the worst chip locations to go to. They don’t bake the cookies properly. I got sugar cookies on two occasions and they’re overcooked and hard. Customers service sucks too. The franchise should shut this location down because it’s been bad for a while
I called this store after placing an order through the Chip website, as the Toast system advised contacting the store directly for any issues. Instead of taking the time to understand or help with the situation, the employee immediately told me to contact Uber or DoorDash—even though I had not used either of those apps to place my order. How would I know which service was used if I ordered directly through the site? When I asked to speak to someone above her, she reluctantly offered to help. However, she then placed me on hold and proceeded to speak negatively about me in the background to whoever she had contacted for help. It was unprofessional and frustrating. I just wanted someone to take responsibility and resolve the issue instead of passing the buck.

Tried these for the first time tonight and we are very disappointed, they were very undercooked and hard to eat at all.
I’ve been a huge fan of your brand for years and have always loved your cookies — I’ve never minded paying the $20 for the 4-box because the quality has always spoken for itself. But this time, I was completely disappointed.
Is this supposed to be your Dubai Chocolate? It looked nothing like the promo — no drizzle, no visual appeal, and frankly, nothing special. I asked the employee about it and she wasn’t able to answer any of my questions because she didn’t even know the product. That was frustrating.
To make matters worse, for the first time ever as a loyal Chip customer, you were completely out of the OG cookie — the very cookie your brand is named after. That’s a major letdown.
And finally, the employee tried to charge me the custom cookie price for a standard sugar frosted cookie, which I know is part of your regular rotation. Again, a clear sign she didn’t know your menu or pricing.
I’m sorry for the rant — I usually don’t complain — but this visit really missed the mark. I expect better, especially from a brand I’ve supported and recommended to so many others.
