Terrible I paid for a chicken salad when I opened it it had absolutely nothing of chicken I went to tell an employee and they said they couldn’t do anything or give me a refund terrible dont go here

I had such an amazing experience because of an employee named Sandra. I walked in and the guy taking orders was talking to his friend as soon as his friend got his food he went to the back. A couple minutes later Sandra came and took our orders beforehand though I had seen her cooking chicken in the back. After I was done eating I see her outside setting up chair and umbrellas. She was carrying this store everyone else should pick up the slack. Before I left I saw her come back inside and help with orders and cleaning. THIS GIRL IS DOING IT ALL SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!!!!!!!

I just received an order from Chipotle through Uber Eats, and I’m really disappointed. The portion size was shockingly small—about half of what I usually receive. I typically share my bowl with my mom, but this time the amount was barely enough for one person. It’s frustrating to pay full price and receive such a noticeably reduced portion.

No matter how many times we order ahead there has always been something wrong, either they gave our food to someone else or just marked it as ready and make us wait another 30 minutes for it to actually be ready. We order from this location because it's close and rather often too so the fact that they never get it right and then never compensate for their mistakes is annoying.

I ordered a steak bowl and it was the tiniest portions I have ever seen. I went to the chipotle in Washington, UT a couple weeks ago and it was the best bowel I've ever eaten so I'm a little bummed because I live across the street from this one but I'm not paying $12 for that.

Terrible experience here with catering. My husband and I went in person earlier this week to place our catering order because it was a unique order. We ordered 50 portions chicken, 50 portions steak, and pico de gallo for an event we were hosting. We placed the order to be picked up at 5pm on Friday. Friday rolls around and we go to pick it up, arriving at 5:10pm. No one had any idea there was a catering order. The young man when took our order days ago, luckily was there and told me they are running behind and it will be ready in 20 minutes, however, I don’t think they had even started it because there was no meat on the grill or being cut. I tell him I’ll have to come back (we are prepping for the event to start at 630!!), so I leave. By the time I am able to come back, it’s 5:45 (15 minutes after he said it would originally be ready). I walk in and he says they are almost done and just need to cut the chicken. I pay and wait another 5-10 minutes for the order. Finally I leave at 6pm, getting back to the event I am hosting at 6:15, when it starts at 6:30. I purposely placed this order for pickup at 5pm so I would have ample time before the event. Thank God I did I guess, because we would not have had this meat on time for 75 people at this event. Over $500 of food.
I would also like to add that my husband and I are event coordinators. We frequently cater from Chipotle because we love the food, and we both used to work at Chipotle as teens. But these last two times we catered, it was an absolute train wreck. When we catered in February, we only received 3/4 of the food we ordered, and didn’t notice until we were back at the event. This time I made sure to check before leaving. The only redeeming quality of this experience was the young man who took our original order. He made it happen even though it was an hour late (maybe he forgot to put the order in?) And he was very apologetic and kind.
I don’t want to take my business elsewhere but this is unacceptable. We have to have a reliable catering company especially for our events. It’s not just us you’re disappointing!!

I usually never have a problem with Chipotle, but yesterday was different. To the point where I needed to write this review. I went in for a bowl and the young gentleman who was serving me had his black Chipotle t-shirt on. PROBLEM WAS, you could clearly see all of the PET HAIR all over his shirt. As he built my bowl you could see all the HAIR dangling off his shirt and I was so afraid one fell in, I just paid, took my bowl and threw it out. I had to settle for Cafe Rio. Please Chipotle, teach your workers the importance of cleanliness and proper food handling. I know I could’ve complained and made a big deal out of it, but you can tell the young man clearly didn’t receive proper training. Almost $15 literally in the trash.

If I could give a 0 I would! Ian and his staff was no help charge my card incorrectly, get home notice in the bag the queso they gave me was incorrect portions and even they admitted it and still did nothing to accommodate me for all these mistakes
