Food was great like always, but I was mischarged for my meal and I paid $15 for a bowl that was only half full, I’ll give the employee the benefit of the doubt, maybe he was new or something but not happy about the fact that I was 1. Mischarged and 2. Paid $15 for a bowl only half way full?

This was our second time, trying to give them another chance. Why did we bother? I don't know. We had the same experience as we did over 1 year later! We thought maybe they had fixed their problems, but no, they only got worse. First, the food. The items they had for you to pick from were old and not fresh. The service person told me they had just cooked them a few minutes ago, that was not true. The available items were all old and had only a few spoonfuls available of each of them. Nothing, I mean nothing looked fresh or edible. Second, the service. Everyone there had a didn't give a crap about anything attitude, couldn't care less if your stayed or left. This was how it was the first time and still the same over one year later. I left, went to Cafe Rio just up the street (which is closer to my home) and got a delicious bowl and salad. Cafe Rio actually has more to choose from and it's fresh every time. This will be our go to from now on when wanting a burrito bowl or salad.

This place needs to hire someone who actually knows how to cook rice. I’ve almost lost 4 fillings and 3 teeth at this place. Not just one time but every time I’ve eaten here for the last year 5-8 times the rice has been like chewing on rocks. The food should come with a disclaimer because how insanely bad the rice is

I come here often to place big orders for my office and every time without fail the staff is always attentive and makes sure everything gets taken care of in a speedy manner. Sandra is also so amazing!!! Every time we come she always has a smile on her face and takes care of us so well!! We love this location and always pick this one over the others in the area 🩷

Wow! I'm impressed by Alice who treated me with 5 star service, made me feel like I was fine dining. so pleasantly surprised! And on my way out Faith was the employee I dream of having. The food is a good to after working at Morgan Jewelers in Murray Utah on an incredibly busy day! Thank you for your service, Sheri Taylor

I ordered pick up on Uber eats. I got two carnitas bowls and one chicken. Here is the list of problems
1) UNREAL, RIDICULOUSLY, SMALL AND CHEAP portion sizes.
2) they forgot my fajita veggies on ALL bowls. ITS ONLY 8-10 ingredients!! That’s only 87% of the ingredients, accounting for it being half the size I’m getting only 43% of what I paid for!! I paid full price plus Uber fees.
3) The rice was crunchy, VERY UNDERCOOKED!
4) The beans were hard? How does that even happen? I mean not even mad just confused…
5) I was trying to show my gf how dry the carnitas was after my 3rd bite but I couldn’t find another piece of protein…😭
I feel bad leaving a bad review because walk ins are a completely different story, no complaints really. I would suggest NEVER placing an order online.
Thanks for reading.

So I went in on 8/11 around 1:30 I ordered my burrito as normal the worker puts 1 1/2 scoops of rice and 1/2 a scoop of Beans and I noticed the barbacoa beef had only a little left in the pan and asked if there was more coming, she grabbed just a little bit and said what else do you want. I said that’s all your putting on, she said if you want more it’s extra, I said fine, I thought she would get a fresh pan and give me more, nope she scraped the pan and put a little more on. I get to the register and they added 5.50 more I now have a 18 dollar burrito with about as much as I normally get. She could have cared less!! Never going back

I totally understand employees being annoyed when customers come in right before closing - but an HOUR before closing and the employees act like we are inconveniencing them is crazy. If it’s an inconvenience maybe don’t put in a resume and stay home!! <3

Came to this Chipotle on Sunday, August 10th at 9:14 pm. Apparently, that was my first mistake. The second I walked in, the entire staff stopped what they were doing and stared at me and my friends like we had just kicked the door in and demanded free food.
We ordered, got the bare minimum in both attitude and portion sizes, and I left hungrier than when I arrived. While eating, a woman walked in behind us and I overheard one employee say to another, “She better not get chicken because we’re not firing up the grill.” Great customer service motto.
When we said we’d be eating in, they gave each other a look like I had just asked them to cater my wedding. Between the glares, the tiny portions, and the general “please leave” energy, it’s safe to say I won’t be rushing back.

Absolutely awful experience. We walked into Chipotle an hour before closing, and the second we stepped inside, every single employee stopped what they were doing and stared at us like we’d just ruined their night. The looks and the attitude were unbelievable—like they couldn’t stand that we were even there. Then they claimed they were “out of everything” and “not willing to fire up the grill,” even though the place was still open. On top of that, the portions they did serve were ridiculously small—like they were rationing food in a survival bunker. We left with barely anything to eat, feeling completely disrespected. Hands down the worst customer service and stingiest serving sizes I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant.
