Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill

This is a great Costa vida location. They have excellent food and Lily was very friendly and helpful.

Food was awesome and the drive through lady was amazing

LiLi and Ryann were amazing today and always are!! Our food is never wrong when they take our orders and they’re always so kind and positive!

If you want nachos or burrito don't eat here.
I ordered nachos with sweet port and there was about a spoon full of meat on them. My wife ordered a chicken enchilada and same thing, no meat.
Won't e visiting this restaurant again !!

Did a mobile order pickup and pathetic is an understatement. Did not have the dressing for the salad, ordered extra dressing which I did not receive either. Coke was completely flat and syrup was off. Quesadilla had a pinch of cheese and a couple pieces of chicken. I now HAVE to check the order before I drive away even though I should not have to. I paid for the food and it was on the app so there should be zero excuses for missing items. The quality is just poor management and expectations of team members. Do better Costa.

We come here every Saturday for the past couple of years and it has always been amazing food and amazing staff. The manager Gilberto is a great manager and always happy and helpful when we come in

Never had an issue before. Got my usual today and this is how they served the Pico. Looks awful.

Usually this location is solid. This is the second time I have had items completely missing from my order. Whoever is using the highlighter on the receipt is not doing their job. Items are checked off as account for and then never arrive with my delivery.

Super nice and efficient staff, yummy food and clean enjoyable restaurant! Costa Vida is my go to for a take out meal or to meet a friend for lunch!!

I normally love this location but today the girl taking my order cut me off and charged me for something I didn’t order when I asked to have it read to me I was ignored and told to pull forward. I got double charged missing food and things I asked to be left off where on the food. The car behind me was honking and reversed out of the drive through I have never seen such a thing the staff was messing around I could see it through the window. It’s ok to have fun at work but leaving me at the window for over 10minutes and not reading back an order where it is then wrong and you are charged for more food than what you order is not ok the employees here need to be retrained big time… also maybe don’t cut off your customers as they are asking for something or ordering.

I wish I would have taken a picture… I ordered 2 sweet pork burritos in the drive thru with sour cream. By the time I got home I realized neither had sour cream, we got the tiniest bit of lettuce, and hardly any pico, and a tiny pit of sweet pork on each. Super disappointing.
It seems like every time I go the portions get smaller. :(

This Costa Vida is fantastic! Come visit them. The road constructions has made accessibility difficult for those west of Bangerter Hwy. Despite this the crew there is all smiles and always ready to serve. Of course, great food!
