If I could give negative stars I would.
First off the staff was absolutely rude when taking our order and they were arguing with each other while customers could hear. Second my son bit into his quesadilla and bit into something sharp and spiky. How disgusting. DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE 🤮

Quesadilla. You probably need to some training with your staff on listening. Will it come back to this establishment. Don’t waste your time with this location.

I know it’s a little convenience but I really appreciate their gender neutral, lock door bathrooms. It made me feel safer, the food was also wonderful and very fresh tasting. Staff was very friendly and it was clean.

Went on a Friday night. This is only the second time we have been to Costa Vida. First time was fine, nothing special. Wow, this time was absolutely terrible. We ordered at the kiosk and waited and waited. We finally asked what was going on and they explained that they didn't have the order. This person went as far as saying not to order on the kiosk, acting like that's where we went wrong. Forty minutes later we received our food. Mine was chicken enchiladas and my wife's was a salad with raspberry chicken. My enchiladas had the raspberry chicken and my wife's had the regulars chicken. My poor wife had a chicken bone in hers and couldn't finish it after that. 1/10, would not recommend.

Ordered online for pickup. Don’t come here! It was a pretty large order. Was treated just like a number without a greeting or thank you.
The food wasn’t special. Like Taco Bell honestly. My problem was the disrespect. I have been here about a dozen times hoping it would improve. It hasn’t and therefore I won’t return again.

I've been here a couple of times. Trying to convince myself that I love it. They tried to charge me about $6 for a nino quesadilla. Everything seems to be precisely measured to save money. I do appreciate the consistency it will bring. I miss the good ole days of an excited group of employees welcoming you in and making an experience out of a filling meal. These days we pay more and get less

The food was pretty good, but the service wasn't so good. The girl making our burritos kept putting things in them without asking what we wanted and quickly rushed us to the register. We went back up after eating and ordered one more burrito and she did the same thing again.

The up charges are absolutely ridiculous. They just charged me $2.50 to put hot sauce on my tacos, after up charging me to have grilled chicken on my tacos. It's out of hand then I will never be returning.
