DO NOT ORDER “TO GO” FROM HERE!!! I have tried twice now to order through Uber Eats and both times after confirming the order and 45min into “preparing” the order and “just wrapping up” the order it was cancelled by Dickey’s Barbecue Pit. STOP OFFERING THIS AS A SERVICE IF YOU CANT DELIVER!

We got the picnic pack with brisket which was tasty but super fatty, like 1/3rd was fat (see the picture, I separated the fat out.) The corn & green beans sides we're kinda spicy & tasted like they're from a can, although they were piping hot. The rolls were good, slightly sweet. The service was very slow. Only one employee was working & he was obviously overworked. The environment looked quite dirty... and they were out of ham & baked beans. Definitely would not recommend.

My wife and I went to this restaurant today and ordered two classic sandwich plates for $9.99 each. The total was $24.95 which seemed high. I then looked at my receipt and they charged me $11.45 for each sandwich. I asked why the price wasn't correct and he told me that it was due to tax. Which was incorrect because tax was on the receipt in a different location. He then shows me how his system works and told me the price increases due to an increase in Minimum Wage. He then proceeds to take our food and throw it across the back of the restaurant. As we walked out he screams at us "ITS TWO F***** DOLLARS". At this point I still have the $25 charge on my bank account and don't believe the refund will be processed.

I remember when this place opened I ate here for a week lunch and dinner... Wallet hated me for it, but Dickey's has that good old wild west barbaque feel to it. I dont think I could physically enjoy the food anymore. Although I am sad they had to close the ice cream machine for covid.

Arrived at 8pm on a Saturday night. Ice cream had an out of order sign. They were out of chicken... out of kielbasa sausage...out of coleslaw...why are they even open tonight?

This location is EXTREMELY dirty with food caked on all the machines and floor in the kitchen and caked on soda on the all the fountain drink dispensers. Itblooks like the place hasn't been properly cleaned in a while. Also, the to go orders have significantly less meat than the same orders for those who dine in. Then, to top it off I got home and some of my sides were missing. I'm so disappointed. Had this been my first experience at a Dickey's I'd never return to another one. I would recommend any other Dickey's and stay clear of this location.

Ordered through Doordash more than hour before they closed. They confirmed the order. Half hour later they cancelled it. Never had that issue through R&R. Guess I'll stick with them.

We got take out, it was great like usual, though my sweet tea had a strange soap-like aftertaste, I couldn't finish it, and wound up with a bit of a headache. Not sure what happened.
Never order to go from this location. This is the second time I have ordered from here and both times they forget a whole combo and you never get your condiments. Not to mention that they skimp on the potion size when you order to go. Thought maybe it was just a fluke mistake the first time but nope it is a usual thing here. It's not even that busy of a store and they still can't get things right.

The packaging was messy when I got it and they shorted me meat on the family meal.Also the two guys working the kitchen and dishing the food weren't wearing hats or hair coverings. I know they probably justify it because they both have short hair but you loose just as much short hair as long hair in a day, it's just harder to see. I'd prefer no hair, long or short.

Placed a first time order tonight for the extra large family pack. Pretty pricey. A decent amount of brisket and pulled pork, but very puney size sides. The rolls taste like they are a week old and were stale. Not the worst bbq, but definitely not the best either.
