The pepperoni pizza tasted bad. The service was poor. My parents ordered over the phone and the guy working did not help them. He way over charged them and didn’t help them get the good dominos deals. Really disappointed. This use to be our go to pizza place. That will be changing.

Bro, I placed my order over 15 minutes ago, pulled up to the store, and he hadnt even put it in the oven yet, there was one other guy in the store, who was just placing an order for a single small/medium pizza, and hes working on his, while mine are on the line without sauce or anything else on them.
so my two large specialy pizzas which were the only prior orders on the screen before I pulled up and saw him making this other guys order. does it take 15 minutes to set the toppings? Cmon guys, its not this difficult.

I've ordered from this location for years now. They have not messed up my order once until tonight. I ordered and paid for a large pizza and they delivered a medium one. I called to let them know. Their phones are pretty bad but once the person on the other end understood what I was saying they promptly made the pizza that I ordered and delivered it.
This has to be one of the only pizza places that I have ordered from that has just corrected issues instead of trying to make the customer drive to the store after delivery has already been paid for or I'll just put a credit on your account or those scams. Issues happen and people make mistakes but it was a breath of fresh air for these guys to just fix the issue.

Workers seemed bothered when I was waiting to be helped. They finally gave me my order, and once I got home, I noticed two items were missing! I called them, and he told me all they could offer was an "in-store credit with my name on it at their shop." Pretty frustrating spending the money to not get what I ordered.

Terrible delivery ruined my pizza

Ordered through their app. 45 mins later and they never put it in the oven. I called to see what happened, they set the phone down for 10 mins and came back asking who I was. They had no clue what was going on and couldn’t be less interested in figuring it out. I asked to cancel my order. Not even sure if they got that right. Would not order here again.
