Ive only gone through the drive through. I dont know if they have inside seating but the Riverton location has the friendliest girls and not a huge wait.

I have no idea how this place is still in business! I was the 4th car back and it still took 35 mins to get my drink. That is insane! I wouldn’t have waited, but they are pretty crappy and take your order and charge you while you’re still in line, so you can’t drive off! But then you get to the window and they haven’t even started making your drink, even though they took your order way in advanced. They obviously purposely do that, because who would think a drive through would take that long when not many cars are in front of you. The girl taking the orders went and did that to ALL the cars behind me, so I’m sure they were all stuck waiting for even longer than me and they were stuck waiting because they had already been charged. I just think that’s a shady thing to do. I won’t be giving them any business anymore.

Very slow service. If someone isn’t outside to take your order, then close a lane. I sat there for a long time along with other cars just to have someone pull into the opposite lane to cut me off. This was around 2:30 on March 5th. Please don’t pack the cup so full of ice that you hardly get anything to drink. I asked for light ice and got 3/4 full. The employees have always been nice, but the drive thru needs work.

This is the worst location!! My daughter and I love DB, but we usually AVOID THIS LOCATIONA which sucks because its the closest one to where we live. Every time I come here my blended freeze golden eagle or picture perfect tastes like they never clean their utensils/machines! 🤮 I usually end up throwing away the drinks not even half way finished. It literally tastes how inside their building/garbage smells. (A bunch of weird flavor mixtures) I hate when I give it another chance and proven over and over not to come to this one and waste my money!!!
Not to mention the lines and wait time are so long and horrible. They dont care to move people quickly let alone run your drinks out if need be like the other locations do. I usually go to the one in Midvale, they usually have super long lines . They still can kindly and efficiently get everyone through quickly.

Line is always SLOOOOWWWW. I cannot believe I waited almost an hour for coffee. You're trapped once you enter the line. Truly a fumbled location for the brand, management needs to change.
