Order online took and hour to get my food. Showed up 10 minutes after my receipt said it be ready I know it take awhile sometimes. It’s not ready think it will be out soon wait. Wait to talk to an employee . They said they don’t have it, show my receipt to an employee, they have to get the manger, then it gets fixed. Had to wait so long to bring up my problem, then had to wait for the manger to come out, meanwhile everyone else food is taking forever and everyone is starting to get up set. Don’t come here!

Just want to give a shout out to the manager and her team, despite all ongoing construction, making it almost impossible to come in, me and my family are always greeted with a smile and our food is always fresh. Love the new mocktails!

The worst service ever in my 65 year of life incredible, now I understand why they are empty, over 20 minutes waiting for 2 bagel sandwiches this is ridiculous, employees waking around ignoring the customer and the sandwich never arrived. Just don’t come to this place We ended in Starbucks across the street.
Walked in and even though there were no customers, we had to wait while the staff continued to do whatever they were doing. Finally caught the attention of a young lady who took our orders. We received our drinks in about 5 minutes. But after 30 minutes waiting, I ask one of the staff members for the status of my order and he did not even know we had ordered anything. They were not busy other than walking around and there were no clients either.
