This is the 3rd time i have come in during the week and there is no line and you have just a bunch of employees yelling a laughing not even working and they didnt even notice me until i had to say something.
Its sad they have a decent sit down area and its always dirty, windows on the inside with fingerprints.
The bagels are pretty good tho vs some of the other locations.
So not just the teenage girls yelling and being on their phones and how dirty it is on the inside i will never come back to this location.

An Average Experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels
My recent visit to Einstein Bros. Bagels was a bit of a mixed bag, offering both enjoyable moments and some drawbacks. I was particularly excited to try their everything bagel with schmear, and I must say it was delicious and freshly made. The bagels had the right balance of chewiness and flavor, which is a big plus for any bagel shop.
However, my experience was marred by the service. While the staff was friendly, the wait time was longer than I anticipated, especially during the morning rush. It seemed that there weren’t enough employees on duty to handle the number of customers, leading to a backup at both the counter and the drive-thru. Additionally, I noticed that the cleanliness of the dining area could use some attention. Tables were left uncleaned for longer than expected, which detracted from the overall ambiance of the place.
Another minor issue was the pricing. While I understand that bagels are a specialty item, some menu items felt a bit overpriced compared to other local cafes. Overall, Einstein Bros. Bagels offers great bagels and a pleasant atmosphere, but improvements in service speed and cleanliness would enhance the experience. I would rate my visit three stars.

I have tried this location several times and you would think I would learn. This morning they had no customers and employees were just standing around. I had to get their attention to even take my order. Then to get to work to find out that not only did they give me the wrong bagel for the second time they were completely slow at their service. I could understand if they had been busy but no other customer was even there or in line.

The people that work here are extremely nice and hard working. They do their best even when they are under extremely high pressured situations.
When paying with card in the drive through be aware that you have to select a tip and they don’t have a no tip option. Lowest selection $1.00…..if you don’t want to tip, to bad 🤷🏼♀️.
