We love Handel’s and truly enjoy the hometown feel and incredible ice cream. We’ve made it a habit to go at least twice a week. This evening was concerning. We were greeted by a young woman named Jersey. Very polite and professional and carried a smile. But upon asking a manager for help getting change her entire demeanor changed. The manager was incredibly rude and short and for no reason - to the point where our happy friend was suddenly in tears and rightfully so. We come here because it makes us happy and smile. If this manager treats your employees this way - we won’t be coming back. We both left feeling sad. We don’t have enough years left in our lives to see poor treatment of others. Hopefully just a bad day for the manager. Either way - it should be addressed. Her actions don’t just impact employees - but patrons as well!

Great ice cream but employees move as slow as the sloths from Zootopia….witnessed several people leave because they were so slow and the girl was prioritizing DoorDash delivery over people in line….sad because they do have really good ice cream.

I went to one of my favorite places tonight for ice cream and usually they are speedy quick with great customer service, but tonight the girl with the red bow that was working was awful. They were busy as always but she was working on door dash orders only and taking a grand ol’ time. When I walked in there was only about 3 or 4 small families in front of me and it took 35 minutes to get to the counter and start my order. Given there were only 2 people working and the gentleman started this job an hour ago. And yet he was the only one helping customers whilst trying to figure out how to do his job with no help from the other girl. The guy did the best he could and was amazing but the girl was talking and working so so slow and stopping to complain about how tired she was. It was very frustrating. Don’t think I’ll be coming back for a while.

Great selection of fun flavors you don’t get at other ice cream shops in the valley. I love that they had a good selection of dairy free and non-cream based frozen treats too.Dietary restrictions: Great selection of vegan and dairy free!
