Great food for the price! They are quick and the staff is super nice.

The food at ICHI Japan Express is savory and delicious I ordered the house special which has chicken, shrimp, steamed vegetables and noodles with a Coca-Cola drink. The price was reasonable, wait time was short and would recommend to others looking for some quick food with friends near the area.

Chicken teriyaki was awful. The chicken was fatty and not appetizing at all. The fried rice was just plain rice with sauce, no add ins. Service was terrible, no “welcome in”, “thank you”, “hello”. The cook yelled at us when the food was ready pretty rudely. Nobody was in the store when we went, and for a good reason. Won’t be coming back.

The food is really good in my opinion, but the service recently is just terrible. It took about 30 minutes to get my food with no one in front of me. The cashier was on the phone, which is fine, but couldn’t multitask to take my order, and the cook wasn’t able to take the order or didn’t want to. And then the cook waited to make my order until everyone that was in line had ordered, including the family of six behind me and another fairly large order. So the person that got there the earliest, barely got their food ahead of the person that showed up 25 minutes later. The food is good, but it’s not that good to deal with that; and I would order online and get it prepped, but they increase the prices by about 20%.

Just fix your service, and I will eat there more. I promise. If not, then don’t charge a premium to order online if it still takes forever to get the food.

Hot- stinky- vents covered in filth. No air conditioning at all- The food was slimy- service was mid. So sad, cuz we were so hopeful it was good.

This place could have potential, but the place is VERY DIRTY!, boxes pilled in every corner, the bathroom was full of dried poop everywhere, even on the walls!.
No AC in the restaurant. We eate just a little bit and we both had stomachache.
Cashier and cook unpolite, rude
After all that we understood why we were the only 2 in there on a Saturday lunch time.
There's a bunch of good options around, dont go there 🤢🤮🤮

I witnessed serious cross-contamination in the kitchen—utensils used for raw beef were also used for raw chicken without proper cleaning. When the issue was raised, the owner reacted by yelling and belittling the cook in front of others. The cook appeared inexperienced, but the owner's behavior was equally unprofessional. This place clearly needs refresher training on safe food handling and customer service. I do not recommend dining here.

This place is disgusting! We threw the food away. I’m worried about the cleanliness of the environment and the food is disgusting. Will not be back.

Worst teriyaki I’ve very had. How did yall make chicken taste so bad. The chicken doesn’t even taste like chicken and the beef teriyaki is literally ground beef sautéed teriyaki style.

I've been craving this ever since I had it for the first time last week. Good amount of food for pretty cheap. It tasted great and the employees were very friendly. I got the Teriyaki Chicken and it was simple but so delicious. I'm so tempted to make the 30 minute drive just to eat here again.

This is your basic, mall food court Asian food. Nothing spectacular but will hit the spot once in a while.
