Picked up a mobile order today after a very weird exchange with one of the employees. I ordered on the app but my food wasn’t ready when I arrived. I was waiting by the pick up counter with my toddler when an employee asked for my name. I gave it & then she asked me “How do you want your sub made?” Perplexed b/c I ordered more than one sub & it’s on the receipt I answered, “Um which one? They’re both Mikes Way but no tomatoes on the 13.” She then responds “If you wanted it that way then it should say that on the receipt.” Even more perplexed because she literally just asked me that I politely said “You asked me a question so I answered.” She stares at me for 10 silent seconds then turns around & moves my mobile order bag to the back of the prep station line.
Ended up waiting in store for 23 minutes with my toddler even though I ordered on the app & it should have been ready before I even got there (based on the time the app gave me).
Lastly, she loaded up my sub with tomatoes. Girl must have been having a bad day.

He was so willing to help me fix the mistake I made, his team was quick, efficient, and willing to help me it was absolutely refreshing!!! Would highly recommend! Thank you!!!

May 7 - I went in around 8:30 tonight, and even though the store doesn’t close until 9 PM, they were already out of bread and had everything cleaned up like they were closed. Said they couldn’t make sandwiches. It was really frustrating and disappointing — customers should still be able to order until closing time.
