One of the sandwiches we ordered had moldy tomatoes, another had a hair in it. I generally like Jimmy John's, but I would strongly advise against this location.
You know a good place when you know you are the annoying customer but you are met with such kindness and a willing to help mentality. I was asked to (last minute) get 17 (!!!) sandwiches. I didn’t have time to preorder so I walked in at 11:15am, explained my predicament and all of the employees were understanding and beyond helpful! They made the sandwhiches so quickly (and were so nice about it). I am so grateful for such great customer service and I will be back for sure! Ty, Marz, Brody and the entire team were so great!! Thank you!!!

Ordered on DD, store called to say they would be delivering shortly, never delivered. Called store and told they do not deliver DD orders. Claimed DD driver picked up…not true. Paid money for items never received, with tip, and absolutely horrible customer service. Do not order from this store location 👎👎👎👎
