Freaky slow and understaffed. Both sandwiches were gross and super salty and way too much mustard. Not a fan. My kids and wife were pretty disappointed that I brought them here.

Ordered on DD, store called to say they would be delivering shortly, never delivered. Called store and told they do not deliver DD orders. Claimed DD driver picked up…not true. Paid money for items never received, with tip, and absolutely horrible customer service. Do not order from this store location 👎👎👎👎

Had I read these reviews before I ordered tonight, I would have not ordered from here. On top of the fact that the only response to bad reviews is the same thing... Give us feedback at this link. Obviously, they don't take complaints seriously since the same issues persist. They probably don't even care because their restaurant carries a mainstream name. No matter how terrible the service, they still make an obscene amount of money.
I haven't ordered Jimmy John's for years. Decided to try again. I ordered the BLT with avocado spread. They make so much money from people who are scammed into thinking they will actually receive $1.25 worth of this overpriced topping. On my sandwich, it was so light I nearly missed that it was actually there. Well, I see I have not been missing much by going elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible service. My son and I came through the drive-through and ordered two turkey Tom’s and when we pulled up to the window to pay for order, we waited there for 12 minutes and not one person came to the window to let us know that they would be right with us When we called and told him that we left because nobody came to the window the manager said “yeah OK, whatever” and hung up .

Spent 30-35 minutes in the drive thru. It would have been faster to go to the Herriman location. The delivery driver left and came back in the time it took to move from order to the window. Then the kid at the window was just like oh well about the wait. Got home to find out they screwed up one of our sandwiches. Glad I wasn’t on break from the hospital across the street. Not living up to “Freaky Fast”
They sub are good. The guy in the register doesn't listen to the customer order.
