Absolutely love this place I love the breakfast and the club sandwich they always make it to my order they are super friendly and accommodating we eat here all the time we have seen small parties and big parties they can accommodate a lot!!

I like to go all locations and get my coffee flavored creamer. This location didn’t have it. And it was very cold. Server was not very nice

Went to enjoy Mother’s Day breakfast with my family and got seated. After no aknoledgment by any waitress after 30 min, We decided to ask for our waitress. Amanda approached us and expressed it was her and with an attitude argued back with me that we weren’t there waiting for 30 min. and rolled her eyes and had a bad attitude.
She took our orders and continued to ignore our table and didn’t ever bring out our drinks after watching her take refills to other tables around us. I decided to get up and ask for a manager and discuss what the problem with Amanda was. The manager expressed she has had previous concerns with Amanda and said she would get us a new waitress. We started getting dirty looks by other waitresses hearing in on our complaint and by then the environment was toxic and uncomfortable and we couldn’t understand what was going on with the professionalism.
After waiting more time for a new waitress that never showed up we decided to leave and go and take our business elsewhere.
After pulling out of the restaurant parking lot we see Amanda having a smoke break in the back and she smiled at us as if she was giving us a haha moment.
Very disturbed individual who shouldn’t be working in a public establishment.

Jim's Restaurant is incredible! The portions are huge, the service exceptional but most importantly the servers are so friendly and quite attentive to the patrons.

Ate here again. Same as always. Jims breakfast is about the only thing still tastes right. Kathy got a smile on her like the ones you used to see after Sunday church before everybody started hatin each other. Good gal.
No hazlenut creamer though. Just a bunch of fancy nothin. Vegan this, organic that. Everything plain and good gettin run out by them Democrat types always fixin what aint broke.
I dont hardly know this country no more. But breakfast was good. Guess thats something.

Lots of food at a reasonable price! My daughter ordered the french toast and she LOVED it. My youngest son ordered the mac n cheese and it was a bowl of kraft maccaroni and cheese, which is great as that is the only type they really want. Our group also ordered Jim's breakfast which will fill up a hungry farmer, the Cajun penne pasta which has just enough of a kick, the chicken wrap was great as well.

Easily the best comfort food type restaurant I've been to in Utah! We had the prime rib for under 20$ and it was delicious. The au jus was good, served with a side of horseradish (if you wish) soup and veggies were tasty, and wonderful potatoes with gravy. Everything on the menu looks great. The service and prices are excellent!!!

Florida crew.....first time in Salt Lake and went to Jim's on Park / Redwood. Braxton was our server and the best. Cool dude, make the experience better. Ask for him. The food was delicious too. 04/12/2025.
