Overall the food was very low quality and just okay, the pancakes were particularly hard with a very tough skin on them. The syrup didn't taste much like anything. The waitress was quite standoffish and rude. Unfortunately, we probably won't go back. Tried it a few years back, really hasn't improved at all.

I was there getting a to-go order for my mother-in-law's birthday. She loves their food. The staff was nice and were quick to help me out.I have not eaten here in a while so I cannot really rate the food. From the smell of the food that I had gotten for takeout, the food seems to have improved.Parking: There is plenty of parking. It can be difficult to get in since the entrance on the east and west sides are not In front of the business.Kid-friendliness: The place is open and there is plenty of room around the tables.Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps in the sidewalk to get to the front doors. I have taken my mother-in-law in her wheelchair to this place.

Our server, Quinn, was fantastic! They were so helpful and patient with our large group. That being said, the food was mediocre at best and took close to an hour after ordering to be brought out. All of our food, including the soup, was cold. The avocados on my sandwich were hard and flavorless (definitely not ripe), and the bun was stale.This restaurant’s only saving grace is Quinn. Everything else was terrible.

Owner verbally attacked me because my 2 year old got a hold of their PAPER Easter decor that they had sitting by the booth. I instantly took it from my 2 year old and hid it. The owner then came out and rudely asked where the PAPER decor was. I told her I hid it so my 2 year old wouldn’t mess with it. She then continued to be rude and told me those are to look at not to touch and I was like yep that’s what I told her. You want to tell her also? The thing looked like it was a dollar and again it was PAPER but the owner charged me $10 she made me add it to the tip. She the owner is perfectly fine taking from the waitresses tip. Which is why ended up paying more on the tip. For Jim’s being a family restaurant they sure aren’t family friendly.

I wouldn’t rate it so low, until after checking out. First of all the hash-browns are very oily and not in a good way at all. Secondly, no one at my table was offered a refill, and one of the drinks were gone before the meal had even gotten there. The food isn’t good, and the service isn’t good enough to make up for that either. We go to pay and there are three host just sitting there watching every little move we make, I guess they were trying to see if we were going to tip. However, our check was split and we had already discussed who was leaving the tip at the table, after we had clicked no tip on the first transaction the girls started laughing and glaring at us and making snobby remarks. Which i don’t even know why when they didn’t help us at all during our visit. Very unprofessional for a hostess to act, definitely because that’s the last interaction you have there. Definitely will not be back.

2nd time here. This time, I came for breakfast and was not disappointed. We were seated quickly on a Saturday. The food is so good. Make sure you bring your appetite. The portions are huge. I had eggs Benedict. Last time was dinner but the same was true. Large portions and delicious food.
