Surprisingly the food was great despite it's 2.7 stars. I was most impressed with the gentleman running drive thru Nov. 13th around 9:15 pm with the movie star voice. He very clearly articulated the fries were out for the night, and upgraded me with something better to make up for it. Also threw in extra sauce. 5 star employee needs a raise. Impeccable customer service skills. Trust me do what you can to keep him, and business will be good.

I recently visited KFC and had an outstanding experience, largely thanks to an employee named Kimball. From the moment I walked in, Kimball greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he made excellent recommendations tailored to my tastes.

The food itself was classic KFC: crispy chicken, perfectly seasoned mashed potatoes, and fresh biscuits. Everything was served hot and delicious. However, what truly stood out was Kimball’s exceptional customer service. He checked in on my meal to ensure everything was to my liking and even offered to refill my drink without me having to ask.

It's rare to encounter such dedication and friendliness in fast food. Kimball truly elevated my dining experience, and I left with not just a satisfied appetite but also a smile. If you visit KFC, I highly recommend looking out for Kimball—his passion for customer service is a refreshing reminder of what great hospitality can be!

Service was fantastic! It's a fun atmosphere and the fried chicken is really yummy! I LOVE the fries and the A&W Root Beer too. I'm a sucker for biscuits and these are decent. It's a fun quick bite to eat.

Bad attention from the manager. Very rude. The food was super unpleasant, raw chicken and raw biscuit, both undercooked. After I notified him that they were raw. He received the tray of chicken and what he did worse was change the position of the chicken.

First and last time I visited that place, the chicken was undercooked, I asked for it to be changed and the manager was upset and did not attend to my request, the chicken for the trash I lost my money

I have been going to this KFC for years. We love the pot pies. When ever I go if they don't have enough they will gladly make more. The last 4 or 5 times I have gone, they tell me that they are all frozen and have to thaw or like today they told me they have to make it from scratch and that takes 45 minutes so they can make more or to late even when they are still open for two and half hours. So I bought the 3 they had. I get home they where cold, gummy and dry. The employees are usually young guys kids. These pot pies should have been thrown out hours ago. They were inedible. I will never go to this location again.
