Whoever took my order was very disrespectful and unprofessional when I was trying to order and our food was very disgusting, dry and not satisfying I wouldn’t recommend coming to this one

The last 4 times I've been here (various times from 5-9pm) they have told me it's going to be a 30 min wait for a 12 pc meal. You are a chicken place how do you never have enough chicken ready for a 12 pc bucket?!

I only come to this location because my grandkids live close. On the few instances I have come here they don’t have the prices of chicken that come with my meal . They are also unwilling to substitute it or work with coupons . It makes me wonder since these issues are so consistent if this is a Management issue or an owner issue??

Rolled up at the drive thru just after 4:00 pm on a Thursday. Asked for the 8 piece chicken meal for the wife and myself and the guy said there would be a 25 minute wait. Seriously?! It's dinner time KFC. Be ready for the dinner rush!!!

Terrible experience at Riverton KFC. My order came wrong (half-full fries, barely filled mashed potatoes, and a tiny $3.50 coleslaw). When I called, the employee refused to give me their name (claiming “scammers”), didn’t apologize, and told me I’d have to come back in person for only a partial refund or replacement — no option for a simple credit card refund. I had lost my appetite at this point and did not end up enjoying the meal.

When I went in, the supervisor (Emilee W) also refused to give a refund, and only after pressing did the manager, Jordan W. come out. By then I had explained myself three times, was in tears from frustration, and still left without a full refund or even an apology.

I later called other KFCs, and every one of them was kind, professional, and had no issue giving their names. Riverton is clearly the outlier. Worst service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant — poor food quality, zero accountability, and unprofessional management. I won’t be back.

Additionally, it appears this location’s staff avoids providing their names when speaking with customers, which raises concerns about accountability. From my experience, this may stem from a conflict of interest, as the supervisor and manager are related and working under one another. This type of arrangement fosters favoritism and undermines both customer service and company standards. Instead of ensuring quality food and a positive guest experience, their priority seems to be protecting each other rather than holding staff accountable.

This KFC is a horrible place to visit. I should have read the reviews beforehand. We placed an order online and it was supposed to be ready at 6:20. Walked in and waited 10 minutes , tried to ask at counter was told chicken not ready several people behind me ordered and received their order I asked again and they said just a minute my wife called on the phone, it rang and rang then hung up. It is now 7 pm and still no food and no help from anyone I just want to cancel my order and leave. It was finally ready for me at 7:15. This was a complete unorganized mess. I tried figuring out how to cancel online and get my refund but I couldn’t. I will never visit them again.

I was waiting thirty minutes for an order I had made long before arriving there. The guy initially told me ten minutes, but it ended up being thirty minutes. When I asked him how much longer it would take, he responded rudely, telling me that he had no idea. How could he not know if he works there? I will never return to that place. I was also not the only person waiting. Many people got tired of the long wait.

I stopped to eat here after work, and after placing my order, it took the cashier 45 minutes to give me my food! The manager needs to take better control of the dining area—it’s just as important as the drive-thru.
