I’m done with Kneeders. I used to love the TBA. Can’t remember the last time the bread was fresh, or the veggies were fresh, or it just didn’t fall apart. Today was the last try. There was so much mayo I couldn’t see or taste anything else. I tried to wipe it off but it was a mess. I won’t waste my money there again.
Why does it take longer to make a smoothie than french toast
The manager is awesome and as same all personal
It’s like the workers don’t even know how their own sandwiches are supposed to be made this macaroni sandwich was supposed to be toasted and have bacon and pesto butter but it only had macaroni with soggy bread whoever the kid is that made this should get fired
Ordered just desserts and waited over 15 minutes. Nobody was here
It's fine if you want a predictable meal, nothing fancy or interesting.
I don't know why I keep buying food from this location. Every single time we get take out our order is wrong. Every single time. The cashiers will repeat your order to the T but the order is still wrong. There was 1 customer inside and nobody else except myself in the drive thu. No dinner rush or a full lobby.
Wow is all I can say. We paid at the drive thru and waited at the window for 24 minutes. We were very nice and finally knocked on the window. They saw us and they ignored us so we tapped our horn to get their attention. The employee (who has literally been tying twist ties on bread bags the entire time) marches over throws her hands up at us, giving us the biggest attitude and does not even open the window to talk to us. At that point we drove around to the front of the store and my husband walked in. He let her know we had been waiting Over 20 minutes for a sandwich and a croissant. Not one apology, no explanation just excuses that they ran out of French toast and that’s when my husband reminded her that we didn’t even order French toast. We had ordered a breakfast sandwich. She was so unbelievably rude. My husband asked her to refund us since they still didn’t have the sandwich and she said she was busy. He left the receipt there and just walked out. There was a line of about 12 cars when we left. I’ll be calling to speak to a manager. I feel even worse for all the cars behind us. They’ll probably be there for 40 minutes or more.
More laid back than most kneaders with a bit of a wait time but staff are kind and food is high quality.
Took my grandparents there, who were visiting from back east. They loved it, and the employees were so kind - gave us a few loaves on the house even! Definitely will go here again!

Long wait, short staffed, lack of management and support. Saturdays especially come ready to wait 45minutes at least.
You’ll go to the front to order something and get ignored for 10 minutes as they seem to service the drive thru and have no semblance of care whatsoever. Horrible workers without an ounce of awareness.
Great sandwiches, great desserts, the drive-thru was so quick and everything was fresh and great!
They should change the name from all you can eat french toast all you can wait french toast. Showed up this morning at 8:50am with my two little girls excited for their first kneaders french toast experience. Once we received our initial order, we immediately put in a request for a refill on the french toast before they get too busy. We then noticed they started getting a little bit busier. I did follow up with them multiple times once the line disappeared but no food ever came they forgot about my order… After that hour wait I told them if I don’t get a refill, I would like a refund it’s been over an hour since we got our order for the refill placed. Refill then came with burnt french toast but we made the best of it and I took one for team eating the burnt pieces. Then asking for one more refill they said we’re not doing them anymore… So we ending up just leaving and we won’t be back at least to this location. The South Jordan location never has you waiting more than 10 minutes it’s sad our location can’t get it figured out. I know it’s a drive to the South Jordan store but you’ll still get your food faster even with the drive based on our experience today.
Never had a bad experience until Ashley was my server. We waited 30 minutes for a coffee while she was serving other people food during that time. She also was rushing us while we were ordering
