I would give zero stars if I could. I recently visited a few weeks ago for the first time and had an amazing experience. I spoke with a young woman and she made my whole experience worth while. I was very indecisive about what I wanted and she gave me some amazing recommendations and we had a great conversation. Fast forward to a week ago, I came in again expecting my visit to be another amazing experience like the first one and it ended up being the worst experience ever. I came in to order and there was a skinny blonde man with glasses who was taking my order. While I was ordering he seemed to be smiling and very polite but when he walked away I heard him talking rudely about customers (and me) as well as other employees. Come to find out he's the general manager of this location. I find that completely and utterly unprofessional, as well as rather disgusting that the GM would be speaking of others especially his employees in such a way. I for one will no longer be visiting this location and will make sure to contact corporate in regards to the General Manager who finds it okay to talk disrespectfully about customers and his employees.

Took my family to eat here for lunch, our sandwich barely had any meat on it. They aren’t as big as they used to be. We left hungry after spending 13$ per meal. Than noticed the black trays hadn’t even been cleaned for breakfast, they had whip cream and syrup still on them, just covered with a paper and our food on top of it. Cleanliness was awful inside. There is no hustle here. Management is completely gone.

Kacey (who is supposedly the manager?) was insanely rude and didn’t seem to have the slightest clue how anything worked. She could not have been less helpful or kind. The vibe overall was extremely tense and weird.

Great place to go for breakfast, the French toast is stellar. Lena helped us decide what to get for a large order and was incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend this location

Waited 45 minutes for 2 bowls of soup. I had to go remind them I was waiting. They'd set my food on a side counter and completely forgot about it. Terrible experience waiting that long for soup.

Great product, yet another place falling victim to poor help. Manager outside smoking and has to be retrieved to make change after lunch. Great reminder of why I have not been here in over a year. We were weekly guests + at one point. Probably last visit ever. Bummer update… manager had employee make change with $1 bills while she stood there and snickered. No mystery why this place is dying on the vine!!

The employee barely whispers to answer questions, they thought the “side” that comes with the French dip is au-jus. Train your people, and run a restaurant by learning to plan for a holiday. This is the second time in a month that we have had the same experience. Chose not to order any food today.
When they have the French toast, it’s great. It’s also unlimited.
