Ordered two sandwiches. Both were wrong. Clear removal requests were ignored.
Called the store and was denied a refund, but was assured I had been “added to a list” for replacements. I accepted this fiction.
Weeks later, I returned. There was no list. No record. No memory.
No refund. No replacements. Only incorrect food and promises that quietly expired.

My Opinion
I love you guys, but I have purchased around 10 coffees in the last month and every time I get one it’s lukewarm at best. I’ve even specifically asked them to make sure that the coffee is hot and it still comes room temperature. Please talk to your employees, thank you!

My turkey bacon & avocado sandwich on the ciabatta bread was absolutely delicious (& of course I had to get a load of pumpkin bread to go! It’s the best! So delicious!) I loved all of the cute fall and Christmas decor & stunning gift baskets in the front entry of this location! (I’ll need to get some for my clients). Lots of beautiful ones on display here! Store was immaculate. Management at this location is also amazing! Very aware of customers needs & very friendly & helpful! One of my favorite locations!

Did a cake class taught by Emily and it was so, so much fun. Super informative, perfect class length, and naturally brought out a lot of creativity with the whole class—everyone’s looked a little different and I could tell people were having fun. I’d pay just for the experience alone but the cake was absolutely delicious, too!

Didn't put any meat on my sandwiches I didn't want a salad I ordered double meat and they put less than I get for just one servings the sandwiches were thrown together in the box with 90% veggie

Ordered ahead on the app and showed up 20 minutes later to get in the drive thru. There were 4 cars ahead of me. I'm still in the drive thru with two cars ahead of me and it's been 30+ minute wait. I would pull out if I weren't stuck and didn't pre pay on the app. How in the world is a drive thru going to take this long? What a joke. I have two fussy kids in the backseat because what should have taken ten minutes is taking 4x that long.

We had to wait in a long line, but it’s their busy time, no problem. However, I had to repeat my order multiple times and was still given the wrong item. I gave my order at the speaker. When I got up to the window, the woman repeated my order and asked, “You have an American omelet, right?” My husband repeated again, “No, it was a Greek omelet.” We realized when we got home that they gave us an Italian omelet, which looked and smelled amazing, but I couldn’t eat it. We had to throw it away. No complaints on the quality of food, but poor execution and attention to detail by the girl taking our order. I’ll have to call the store for a refund.
*update* The woman at the drive-through apologized! They were just super swamped that day and mixed some orders up. The manager, Brayden, made me a delicious Greek omelet today! Thank you!

I don’t know why i buy food from here anymore , the amount of times my food has been completely un eatable. I ordered 3 orders of the French toast and all of them were burnt and unfortunately had to throw them away, I don’t like throwing food away but this I just couldn’t eat. I also ordered 3 sausage egg and cheese croissants which were also cold and the croissant were hard. Won’t be buying from Here again and don’t recommend
