i was highly disappointed. i was working all day and saw that these guys close at 11. i put a mobile order in at 10:40 and showed up at 10:50. The doors were already locked and the worker walked around like nothing was happening. he made eye contact with me twice and still did nothing. i was outside for 10 minuets and the guy came back to the door just to saw they were closed. all i ordered was a pizza and crazy puffs and he couldn’t even do that. he said they closed 5 minuets early, even though i was there for 10 minuets. he also said mobile orders stop at 10:30 which is wrong cause my order was on the table.

I would not go here for any reason. highly disrespectful and not willing to help out a TEENAGER. and for that guy working, why do you think about others instead of yourself.

Came in for an online order, the employee tried to give us pizza that was made incorrectly. I informed him it was incorrect and he told us it was fine. I said it was not because my husband is allergic to the ingredients that were put in the pizza. He said it would be remade. After 20 minutes I asked the status of Mr pizza and was informed it was barely put in the oven. He became confrontational and told us they were busy. I asked why our food was not put in immediately after the order was made wrong. Stayed that there was nothing he could do. The rest of our order was now cold after sitting there for over half an hour.

Are you kidding me. I bought $51 worth of pizza and this store would not take a 50 dollar bill. Next time I buy pizza from you it’ll be in pennys. Maybe you should run the register, you are putting your employees in a position to turn consumers away. Where is the logic in that.

First time at this location and will definitely be my last. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. The crazy bread was cool and a little on the harder side (wasn’t horrible) and the pepperoni pizza was as hard as a rock. The pizza looked and tasted old. Couldn’t get thru the resolve this issue.

So don’t expect to actually wait in the store as you’re not allowed too. Was told by a staff member that I have to wait outside. I don’t know if this is a new policy or what , but it is weird

First experience when walking through the door was the employee was sitting off to the side of the counter. I got a hot and ready cheese pizza, crazy bread, and the new pizza bites. The crazy bread was a little cold but edible and the bites were great. The pizza however is harder than rock. Not hot and ready. More like overdone and outdated. When I tried calling 3 times, no answer.

unfortunately utah is not know for outstanding pizza but little Ceasars is very underrated in my opinion in this very disappointing pizza race!!!

The cashier didn’t ask for a name on the order so my ordered didn’t get placed I asked about how much time it would be was told 5-10 mins waited about 15-20 mins nothing so I asked again he told me another 5-10 mins waited another 20 mins and finally one of the workers asked me what I was waiting on and I told my name and order and he finally started my order so in the end I waited about an hour for 1 pizza if it wasn’t for that worker asking me about my order and the food being good it would’ve been 1 star workers need to make sure they’re getting names for the orders and not ignoring customers I work in the service industry and never have I ever ignored a customer it’s rude and very unprofessional.
