the service is the WORST OF ALL they don’t care, don’t even give you instructions and don’t even speak ENGLISH PROPERLY!!!! so they don’t get your order right, and there were only two ladies that don’t even ask you anything just ignore you, i had to basically beg for my food change personal!!!!

The service at this establishment is horrible. I usually order in line and my order is ready on time. However, if I order in store or through the drive through it's ridiculous. I order pepperoni cheese Puffs quite a bit at the same time. Today I pulled up to the window and the knuckle head said it would be 30 min!?!?!?!?
Doesn't make sense. It's like they did not want to take my money..... So I went somewhere else and ordered a pizza because I was so disappointed. This happens frequently. Bet disappointed.

I just got there! We were waiting during 5 minutes, and people in there never turned to look at us and say "will be with you in a moment" no attention to the customers at all, and they were talking to each other didn't look at us and they came to us when they wanted!. I wasted my time in that restaurant today!

Some of the cheapest pizza you can buy, but you get what you pay for.

I got a "Detroit style" cheese pizza.

I put that in quotation marks for good reason. The crust did have the shape and thickness of a Detroit style pizza, but that was the only thing Detroit about it!

A Detroit style pizza should have the sauce piled high ATOP the cheese, not beneath it! Speaking of, just like Dion's pizza in ABQ, there was hardly any of a bland tomato sauce inside that pizza!

There was quite a bit of cheese on the pizza, but it was very unremarkable. A good pizza needs fresh, dry mozzarella, but Lil Caesars uses some type of processed whole mozzarella + muenster combination that resulted in a bland, overly gooey cheese.

Lastly, the crust was ok. It was a little too soft and buttery for my taste, but it wasn't bad.

Overall, the pizza was so flavorless and underwhelming, I had to break out some garlic powder to give it something. If I have to work some seasonings in for the pizza to taste good, then it wont get a high rating.

I'd give Little Caesars 2 stars for the pizza's quality, but it earns an extra star for value. About $15 got me enough pizza to last me for 2-3 lunches and/or dinners, and half of that order was very filling! Overall, not great, not terrible.

That said, for cheap pizza, I recommend WinCo. It meets my bare minimum criteria for decent pizza, and it is even cheaper!

If I have a good experience here its because someone actually came to the counter instead of playing in the back. I always regret coming here… and each time I do there is a constant reminder how much the teenagers that work here do not care about the simply taking care of the customers.. which is very very simple here… Dont come here unless youve already preordered your food.

I tried to order through the app to take advantage of the free delivery promo. When I tried to enter my payment method, I got an error message that said they were having technical issues and to call the restaurant to place the order. So I did. A young employee was taking my order but said she couldn’t give me the free delivery because I had to do that through the app. I told her the issue, she said she needed to talk to her manager, who said they have no control over the app. That manager should stick to making pizza. I ended up ordering Mexican. The next night, I discovered if I skipped the app and went online, I could order and get the free delivery. All would’ve been forgiven, but I paid for certain sauces which I did not receive. I can’t give anything but a 1 star when I pay for things I don’t receive, especially given the frustration leading up to it. Poor performance, Little Caesars in Herriman!

The gentleman who was working the front counter was absolutely awesome. His customer service was top notch and I'll definitely be going back and hopefully that nice man is able to help me again (:

Never coming here again. If you order online they never have it ready, then make you park and wait which is fine but then they never bring it to you. So you have to go in to ask for it, but when you walk in they act like you aren't even there untill they are ready, then hand you your food that has been sitting out. This has happened every time I have ordered here. I know this is cheap food but it's still something that I paid for and I'm not expecting the most over the top customer service but at least treat people decently.

I picked up a large pepperoni pizza from the drive thru. Get home to find raw dough pizza on the bottom of our pizza. Drive back to the drive thru told them my issue. He was very nice about it and gave me a pizza after checking it telling me sorry this one is better, got home to find another uncooked pizza again. Tired of bad pizza ? from this location!

This place was very disappointing. I ordered two hot and ready pizzas one Hawaiian and one pepperoni. Then they got my order wrong, I ended up with the triple meat and a pepperoni. When I got home and opened it up the pizzas were cut the worst I've ever seen. When I went to go pick Pizza up out of the box are you going to stuck to the bottom of the box. Person at the front was nice that was the only nice thing.
