Little Caesars Pizza

This little Caesars is horrible! The customer service is awful. The ladies at the window were rude and unprofessional. It also defeats the purpose of a drive through when we were given a beeper and had to go into the store to pick up our pizza. We ordered one pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. No one was in the drive through in front of us or behind us and the lobby was empty. We waited 30 minutes and the beeper never went off and when we went in there to ask our pizza was just sitting on the shelf.

Ordered pizza to be delivered at 6pm for a party. Specifically selected this time yet they put it through as an ASAP order. I’m getting pizza delivered 30 minutes before a party even starts and customer support would do nothing to help me.

Sometimes good and others times the best pizza ever. Would love the 2nd more often.

The slowest location ever! Told us for the quick “ready to go” it’d 10 min. Sat here 30 min with nothing. The hot and ready isn’t ready ever, if you request anything else on the menu it’s always an extra long wait.

Update. 45 min later i finally called and the girl told me
If i have a problem
With the time take it up with the kitchen it’s not her problem and hung up on me. I wasn’t rude just asked how long the wait would be as my child had gone in to get the pizza and was confused

they lock their doors an hour early and pretend to be closed. i ordered online n i could see my order in the portal waiting. we knocked on the door then drove around to the drive thru n the workers would look at us then go back to what they were doing. like hello for 20 minutes and we never got our pizzas. id complain to the manager but he’d probably do the same thing and ignore our calls. 1/100000 score

This is the BEST Little Caesars in the area by far. The sauce, the toppings...just yum. Expect to wait a while though, they seem understaffed

Terrible service my kid accidentally dropped the wing when exiting I asked kindly if they give us another one they said the girl had to talk to this men he came out and no we can’t have a replacement of the wings he said you have to purchase new ones they were being rube it was an accident my child drop it awhile getting in the car

Their breadsticks might as well be raw dough. I’ve not once had them when they were cooked properly. Be warned, if you order these, they will severely undercooked.

I ordered some garlic and parmesan cheese wings, they were horrible, burnt and minimal, they are the worst I've eaten at Little Caesar's.

I’ve tried using your online ordering for this location twice in 5 days, once last Friday 4/11 and once tonight 4/15, both resulting in a cancellation. First by door dash due to waiting for over an hour for my order. Second due to your employee not communicating with me after waiting for 20 minutes for my order he then came and mentioned that “some old lady forgot to put in my pizza poppers” and told me I’d need to wait another 8 minutes. I asked if he could cancel them instead and he cancelled my whole damn order without communicating that he couldn’t cancel just one item. I will not be going back to this location, and will be submitting a review on Google maps, Apple Maps, and other necessary locations to warn people away from here.

Two nights of hungry crying kids. Two nights of me placing my order well in advance for them to be forgotten by your restaurant.

Also, while I was waiting in the drive through, the staff was behind the counter talking crap about your customers, swearing loud enough for me to hear in my car.

Extremely unprofessional employees.
While we were on hold, we were chatting with our friends and I honestly don’t know what this employee thought she heard, but quite literally, out of nowhere, she became combative and disrespectful. In no way were we being disrespectful. Everyone in the room was shocked by the way the employee acted. We asked to speak to the manager and the manager didn’t even care to hear us out and hung up on us. Just straight up disrespectful and childish. Do not order from this location, unless you want to deal with people who act like a child. So embarrassing. Hire better people. Just straight up sad.

I don’t know what’s going on but Lately this little Caesars hasn’t been so good. The hot and ready pizza seem like they’ve been sitting there for a while. They don’t Taste fresh at all.
