Employees have not enthusiasm nor attitude to work there. Pizza feels likes it’s been made for 1 hour + when given to me and it’s hard to bite. Disappointed on how Little Cesar’s poor quality has come now. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.

The food tasted amazing. I got it delivered to me. The food was hot and well prepared it was a low cost. I always love getting pizza here it is cheap food that always fills me up and tastes good. The service has never been bad, and they should be proud of their speed

HORRIBLE PIZZA! I went in and bought my son a pepperoni and on my way back pizza smells horrible in the car and the cheese wasn’t runny at all. So you know it’s a warmed up leftover pizza . My son first bite and he threw up. Went back and got another one same smell and cheese wasn’t runny either. My son looked at it and didn’t wanna eat it so I took a slice and taste it. It is indeed leftover pizza from yesterday! IF YALL HAVE LEFTOVER FROM THE DAY BEFORE THROW THEM AWAY!!!!!! Lazy workers!

Waited 20 minutes for food, realized the order was taking a while and went inside to see what the ETA was on the food. I was given a buzzer to wait in the parking lot, which was also my proof of purchase. I had the mindset of giving the employees the benefit of the doubt until I encountered them inside. Mean while, employees were sitting around on their phones. Upon entering the building, the individual who I assume was a manager was on his phone and stated “one moment.” After about 3 minutes of standing there staring at him I asked how much longer a moment would take so I could have assistance from someone. The other employee who came over that took my order didn’t recognize me and asked if I had a receipt. He then informed me they messed up my order and re verified what I ordered, said it would be out soon. I verified the time frame, to which he responded another 15 minutes. Upon receiving the order and arriving home, I discovered the order was completely incorrect. Came back and stood at the front for about 2 minutes waiting for assistance. Leaned over the counter and discovered an employee doing nothing just sitting on his phone. I had to call him over to readdress the order. This experience was absolutely ridiculous. I teach customer service trainings and will be using this atrocious experience as an example of what NOT to do in the service industry. He was very kind and seemed to be the only employee actually doing his job.

I wish I could say I had a better experience than the one I had. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant when attempting to place a sizable order for 6-7 hot and ready pizzas which could have been made and the order fulfilled.The associate's rude response, stating that "our kitchen is backed up, so we aren't going to be able to do that order," left a negative impression. The poor customer service and unaccommodating attitudes overshadowed any potential enjoyment of giving this Little Caesars in Riverton any business.I was very disappointed with the customer service at this location and the attitude of the associate could have been handled more professionally. I have worked in customer service long enough to know that you should always put the customer first. This associate did not.

Someone at corporate needs to fix management here so in turn and they properly hire and train employees. Customer service absolutely sucks here. I dread going through the drive through as they sound annoyed and mad that I came here. Not to mention most “hot and ready” items are never available.
