Great pizza for Utah for sure š that's our to go to pizza

Ordered 2 pizzas some cheese bread, cinnamon squares and a 2 liter soda. Made it home and realized they didn't give us the soda or tell me to grab it from a fridge. The pizza was okay, not our favorite but not the worst. We did get one with chicken on it and it was dry and tasted like it was old.

Ordered pizza for my team at work and they forgot the sauce cups(7) for each pizza/sub. This was our second order after switching from another pizza spot and we were impressed until this happened.
Not worth the price if your order is only going to be accurate 50% of the time.

My go to place since they offer a gluten-free pizza. Got sick of Papa John's and Domino's which is close by, but Marcos is worth the drive.

First time ordering Marcos. Ordered a sausage pizza and got home and realized that I got a pizza but no sausage.

Usually enjoy Marcos but this last experience really soured me. I did an online order for takeout that predicted a 20 minute wait. Arrived on time and was told they were backed up so it would be another 10-12 minutes which was acceptable. After waiting 20 I was told it would be ready soon. Another 10 minutes later I asked someone else what the ETA was and was informed I actually had at least another half hour to wait.
I get being backed up but don't lie about the timing. What a nightmare.

We have ordered a few times and always had awesome pizza. Not so today. The bottom of the box was filled with grease, so much so that it was leaking out of the bottom. The crust was soggy and just a huge disappointment.

Love Marcos and will always recommend it, but this location didn't offer the best experience.
ā¢ Open sign was off at 9:00pm when Google Maps says they close at 11:00pm. ā¢ Chairs are up on the tables ā¢ When I called they said it would take 10-14 mins. We ended up waiting about 10 mins extra. ā¢ While sitting on a bench we noticed they put what looked like our pizza in a box and on the shelf waiting to go. A few mins later we decided to keep facing them to make eye contact, and eventually they checked the pizza on the shelf which turns out was for us.
C'mon, Marco's! Hoping you guys don't drop the ball like that consistently!
Fast, friendly, and great pizza. I like that I can order my pizza well done. I like the cross a little crispier. I get worthwhile coupons for Marcos as well.

Joke..have come to this location almost every weekend an would place an order an now āthey donāt have couponsā according to the ānew guyā and manager lol unfortunate every other time Iāve called the kids usually help me out when asking about coupon an they tell me what is available, today no help says there none or needs a code. Iām good I donāt like the service here anymore not sure if something changed or managers or workers but definitely a huge disappointment here, bye I get over there an now āthe manger isnāt thereā lol sounds like BS is going on he lies to me Iāll be calling in tomorrow about this

When I walked into buy pizza, I could tell that the people working there we're working hard and efficiently. I had an amazing experience and the food is spectacular, one of the best pizza places I've ever been to. I would recommend to anyone.
