Drive thru cashier, Hispanic female was very rude and gave attitude during the ordering process. When I received my food they forgot my order of fries, so I went inside to ask for the fries and the same female who took my order was very disrespectful. This associate needs a refreshers course of customer service retraining.

I went through the drive through and had to repeat myself multiple times that’s fine it happens. When we get our food it’s completely wrong and the women working the window just kept handing us the wrong orders and would not listen to us about what our order was just insisting this is our order twice so we handed back both orders and went inside. I went in and told a young man I just need someone to listen to me about what my order actually is and he did was very kind and helpful but he goes in the back and tells another employee about the situation and one of the women working called me racist. First of all this had nothing to do with race the window worker just wouldn’t listen to me it wasn’t even a language barrier issue she just refused to listen to what we were saying that’s the problem and being called a racist because an employee refused to hear about a mistake is ridiculous!

Draper location has the most watered down smoothies I drive to other locations for those because I know it makes a big difference also smaller and food is okay fastest food is always McDonald’s

I was happy with the food, but when you get takeout, it would be nice to at least get a napkin! The worker was s I busy looking to see who else was coming, that she almost dropped my drink. PLEASE, atheist include napkins, Ketchup, or at least ask if you want some. 😡😡😡😡

The manager is an absolute joke. They should fire her. Get someone else there as the manager, they don’t deserve that position 😂

I was trying to get assistance for my pickup order that was just never there. THEY DID NOT WANT TO HELP ME. God I know it’s McDonalds & the bottom end of food. But at least the staff could be helpful. Sure they’re busy, but I had to speak to some lady like 4 times before they could actually tell me what’s going on. & well as you guessed it, it was never resolved and I just left.

The kid in the drive-through hung outside the window talking to his friends for over 20 minutes finally had to pull forward and Rev my engine just to get their attention what a joke won’t be returning.
