We ordered 2 cheeseburger meals.The buns were hard as a rock, and the French fries were ice cold and soggy.We were the only people in line. There was obviously no freshness to this order. It was all old, getting ready to throw away food.

This McDonald’s operates like a government black-ops kitchen where the fries are hot, the nuggets are crispy, and the ice cream machine is somehow defying all known laws of physics by working.
I ordered on DoorDash for my son, the happy meal and the driver showed up lickity split, like they teleported through a ketchup scented wormhole straight to my door.
The bag was so fresh I swear the burgers were still emotionally processing being wrapped.
Every bite tasted like chaos, salt, and late night decisions made with confidence.
Five stars because if fast food were a sport, this location would be breaking world records while yelling “BA DA BA BA BAAA.” Yeah, I’m lovin’ it!!

They will ring you up the wrong order then won’t replace it. Asked for plain cheeseburgers got normal cheeseburgers. Asked for hot and spicy got McDouble. Sat in love 40 minutes then call to complain manager did not give a crap. And told me I’m SOL I’d rather drive 8 more minutes up the road to bluffdale.

Ordered a mc chicken using the McDonald monopoly ticket and got a mayo sandwich with no patty, if you want to be disappointed come to this location
20 minutes in drive through. Pulled up to waiting area, went in to ask. Told it would be right out 10’ later had to leave. $11.00 cost was not returned.

Why is the lobby close before 10pm??? They have a sign in the front door they close at 11pm? Is management aware that the employees are closing the store before the time it shows on their doors and online?

We eat our fair share of McDonalds and this is the closest one to us... but the absolute slowest and worst. Fast food means ordering and getting food within a reasonable time. If I wanted to wait 20+ minutes for food I'd go to a real restaurant. This location deserves an F. It is consistently the worst and we end up leaving the line or just going somewhere else.
