Got my order wrong through the drive through and had to explain in detail why my order was wrong to an employee and manager instead of just saying sorry and correcting my order ...is like they are doing me a favor by having to get out my car go back and re do my order thanks and the manager excusing herself and staff just say sorry and fix it and that's it let's move on omg and thanks for no sauce for my 20 pc nugget btw!

They got our order wrong 4 times when we were at the window and when i gave them the money it was $10 for a $6 order they didn't give us the remainer of the money and the fries were barely salted and tasted old

I live right next to this mcdonald’s so we come here a lot. It’s always very very slow no matter what time we go and it’s almost always disappointing. I got an m&m mcflurry and they didn’t mix it at all, just put a couple m&ms on top of the ice cream. Last time I came here I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for just one cheeseburger. Never eating here again

I went down to this McDonald's at about 2:25pm today. I went through the drive through and went to the right hand drive through menu to order my food. I nice sounding girl took my order. My order was a 10 piece chicken mcnugget meal, large, a coke with no ice, and big mac sauce. when I asked for the big mac sauce, the girl said I can get big mac sauce. I pull up to the window, and a guy wearing a bluish grey jacket was at the window. when he repeated my order to me, he said no sauce. I corrected him and said it was big mac sauce. To which he responded something along the lines of 'we don't do that'. Rather than just hold up the line and argue with him, I paid for my food, pulled forward, and got my food. Now instead of going home, I had to park, go inside the restaurant, and get some big mac sauce at the front counter. The lady at the counter gave me no grief about ordering big mac sauce, and just went to the back and got me some. Afterwards, I went back out to my truck, and went home. It should be noted that I only gave this review a one star, just so it would get noticed, and the employee at the pay window wearing the bluish grey jacket would get talked to. Otherwise it would give it a four or five star across the board.
