MOD Pizza

Thank you for having dairy free cheese. It has been so long since I've been able to have restaurant pizza. You can't always trust when they say they say dairy free, but Mod Pizza is the real deal. They keep the dairy free cheese separate from the other cheese and covered. I loved choosing my own toppings! It's so nice to have a new restaurant I can trust to not make me sick!

Do they have gluten-free crust? Yes. Do they have toppings galore? Yes. Do they serve pizza that tastes like hardtack and takes you back to history class learning about the world wars? Also yes. Me and my husband just went in for a late dinner. The staff was so polite and helpful. We've been in a couple of times and Cam goes above and beyond to help every customer.

MOD Pizza is usually my favorite, but I won’t be returning to this location. I came in and was not greeted at all, and after waiting 9 minutes I still wasn’t asked for my order. The girl with the bandana was moving very slowly and focused only on helping two ladies the entire time, even though the store was empty. There was no sense of urgency or customer service. Some of us are on lunch breaks and just want to enjoy a quick meal. Unfortunately, the staff here came across as rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Maggie was absolutely amazing. She was very quick to jump up to help when we walked in, very welcoming and friendly! Literally the sweetest person ever! Food was very good, she did an amazing job at topping my friend’s pizza!

I order here frequently. They are always accommodating, the food is consistent, good quality, and reasonably priced.

I used to order from the Pie every time I wanted pizza, but then I was introduced to MOD. I appreciate how light MOD’s pizzas are, sometimes I want a super heavy pizza like what you can get at The Pie, other times I want a light pizza that doesn’t make me feel like I ate so much food, and that is where MOD is great. Not to mention, I personally feel like MOD’s ovens are better because I can taste the flavor that you only get from brick oven cooked pizza.

I love mod pizza! Yesterday I went in at 9:45 which is like 15 minutes before they close and an girl employee with red hair (sorry I didn’t catch her name) made me an amazing pizza and it was heavenly!

I go here all the time, and usually my food is delicious and usually it's no more than 15 minutes from start to end. But tonight was a totally different story. I dont know if the guy is new or what, but it genuinely seemed like he was going as slow as possible. In total from when we lined up to when we got our food it was about 45 minutes!!! There were only maybe 3 people in front of us. When we got out of line there was about 15 people behind us. The worst part is they could have fixed this, there was another worker who's served us before and is really fast and good working on online orders. They could have just switched places and everything would be fine. But apparently a line to the door isn't much of a problem for them. I'm disappointed.
