I love mod pizza! Yesterday I went in at 9:45 which is like 15 minutes before they close and an girl employee with red hair (sorry I didn’t catch her name) made me an amazing pizza and it was heavenly!

They have a basic pizza menu and you can add a variety of toppings to it. The place has a great athmosphere.

I go here all the time, and usually my food is delicious and usually it's no more than 15 minutes from start to end. But tonight was a totally different story. I dont know if the guy is new or what, but it genuinely seemed like he was going as slow as possible. In total from when we lined up to when we got our food it was about 45 minutes!!! There were only maybe 3 people in front of us. When we got out of line there was about 15 people behind us. The worst part is they could have fixed this, there was another worker who's served us before and is really fast and good working on online orders. They could have just switched places and everything would be fine. But apparently a line to the door isn't much of a problem for them. I'm disappointed.

I was genuinely surprised by how welcoming the young lady was that took my order and how well she treated me. She was incredibly patient as I asked what the different toppings were. She explained how everything worked. I felt comfortable to sit back and do some work and enjoy my meal. I did not feel rushed. It was a clean environment. The staff seemed very professional and welcoming. I would definitely gladly go back to this location. Parking was easy and accessible. The food was fresh. Everything looked fresh. This is a great concept and I'm glad to see it has gained traction.

Kid-friendliness: It's pizza. Kids love this place.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking and plenty of room for wheelchairs inside.

service was TERRIBLE. we waited for over 30 minutes in line when there were only like 6 people in front of us! there were three workers working as SLOWLY as possible. also, the bathrooms are DISGUISTING. i love the food but the service was really really really bad. they weren’t even that nice

We went here tonight for dinner. It wasn’t the best. As we waited in line to order we heard two customers complain about uncooked pizza and their order was wrong. Most of the staff wasn’t doing anything. They were just walking around doing nothing. Except for the girl that took our order she was good. She had to ask for the other people to help her. We got our food and the pizza was burnt and the salad had old wilted lettuce in it. Probably not coming here again.

The biggest issue with this location is how slow the service is. The average wait every time I come is 20 minutes.

Very poor experience at this Mod Oct 20 evening. Nobody was in line and hardly anyone was in the restaurant but it took workers minutes to get to us. When they did, they told us they had to use dough that was quick-thawed bc the morning shift didn’t do their thing.
The workers were friendly, but they also took three times as long as usual to put the pizza together too, and did it poorly (sauce, cheese, toppings not evenly distributed, crust extended too far inward). Then it took a lot longer to put in the oven and longer to cook for some reason. When it came out, it wasn’t very good. Cheese bread was mostly burnt. Oof meal, 2/10.

I would give them 0 stars. Staff is not interested helping you. It is very dirty, staff is not changing their gloves, some employees not wearing gloves at all. Between customers 2 of employees sitting on the floor. It was busy Saturdays, but still this is not how this place should be. We like MOD but this was very disappointing. Inspection would shut down this place if they see their hygiene.

Understaffed and uninterested. Those that are "working" are more interested in listening to the music in their ear than helping customers. Cleanliness is also an issue. Food and sauce all over. Cross contamination of various food items. Employees need to change their gloves when moving from doing anything to food prep.
None of the drink area was stocked with lids, straws, utensils, or to go boxes.
