2 hours for food.
I had high expectations because the atmosphere is beautiful. We were sat outside with a table of 4 adults 2 kids. The restaurant was not busy. It took TWO hours to get our food?! That is far too long. The food was good but not two hours of waiting. The server offered us free bread while we waited.
Make sure you have time to burn if you go here and also expect the manager to not care

Worst service the 6 of us have ever had. We were there 2 hrs before we got our food, had to go ask the manager to comp somethings for the terrible service and all they did was take $10 of each couples check. Waited so long for our drinks from the bar. Food came out wrong for 2. Just will never ever go back. Total of 2.5 hrs there for very mediocre food. The manager walked by multiple times never stopped to ask how our service was. Just a terrible terrible experience for a $90+ bill

Service was excellent. I live in So Jordan and am simply grateful for every new restaurant that offers table service and a cloth napkin. The food was good. We went for lunch. The kale salad, burrata and short rib sandwich were all great. One of the party ordered the chicken Parmesan sandwich and did not like the spicy aioli on it, but otherwise liked it. Or server was wonderful! I wish I could remember her name…

Went with a friend for lunch. Atmosphere was pleasant, music was a bit loud so it made you have to talk louder than you wanted to. Service was very slow, but the server was pleasant. The food was ok. A bit overpriced on some items...a salad was about 13 -15 and to add chicken out salmon there was another charge which would bring the cost to about 30 for a salad!
We did enjoy the zucchini chips. I ordered breakfast and liked it, my friend ordered a strombolli and felt it was tasty.
Probably won't go again unless it's a special occasion.

First is a beautiful place to be. The service was professional and fun to interact with. I had several questions on the menu and was steered to a wonderful meal. The food was great. I am definitely going to go again even though it ever 20 minutes from my home.

Sadly found some hair in my food and I ordered 1 cocktail and it definitely had more liquor in it than said. Pride is a bit much for the serving size and quality. Wouldn’t say it’s bad at all but it’s not anything to write home about.

One of the best Italian places in SLC. Pizza is good, pastas are good and they have fixed most of the service issues from the start.

Atmosphere was good. For a restaurant that thinks itself on the higher end, we were a little disappointed that the avocado in the salad came covered in brown spots. The pasta was superb though. The biggest reason it didn't get five stars it was simply that the portions were a bit smaller than expected for the price of the dishes. All in all very good and we'll be back.

I’ve always enjoyed North Italia, but our experience at the Mountain View Village location was absolutely ridiculous. I am 55 years old and had my valid ID with me, and my boyfriend (who is over 40) simply forgot his in the car. The manager refused to let us order alcoholic beverages—even though I clearly proved my age—and then went so far as to tell me I couldn’t order a second drink because my boyfriend had taken a sip of mine. She accused me of “breaking the law,” which was both embarrassing and unnecessary.
We were there to enjoy a relaxing evening, not to be treated like irresponsible teenagers. The way the situation was handled was over-the-top, condescending, and completely ruined what could have been a nice night out. I’ve never encountered a manager so unwilling to use common sense or professional judgment.
I hope corporate takes notice, because this kind of treatment drives loyal customers away.

Service was good. The portions were really small! The food was good but with no bread or side salad I did not leave feeling satisfied. I feel I would’ve been better off at an Olive Garden where I know I’d at least leave full! The price to portion ratio was very unbalanced.
Italian salad was very good. Service was super!

I usually love this place and is really nice atmosphere but last night was awful in all ways. Servis at the bar was almost non existent. Took forever to take our order. The food took so long to get that the manager came over and said it was almost done and another 20 minutes went by without food. My chicken was cold when they brought it loud like it was sitting back there forever. I asked for another piece but we were done with our food for about 10 minutes and told them to never mind Super disappointing night to say the least.
1 hour 45 minutes for a salad and eggplant Parmesan.

Great menu—lots of choices for salads, entrees and pizza. The Pig pizza and chicken Parmesan were so yummy!
