Had an amazing experience this evening. About an hourish before close, the employees were so positive about having fresh food for us (which tasted great). When my son made a bit of a mess on the ground, they were so sweet about it. All of them made us feel very welcome and we didn’t want to leave! Absolutely adored them all and their service. Highly recommend

We went through the drive-thru and the plate barely had food on it. Everything was mushed together, because the employee didnt even take the time to fix the plate inside the bag, and she actually put the fortune cookie inside the plate which was also really odd. Normally when we go inside, we don’t have this issue—so I don’t know if this is a drive-thru problem. If it is, please fix it!!

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Panda Express. The food quality was shockingly poor across the board.
The noodles were the worst I've ever had - dry and completely flavorless. Even instant cup noodles from the store are far superior. The rice was also dry and unappetizing.
The sweet and sour chicken was hard and dry, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for days. The shrimp had an unpleasant, rubbery texture that made it nearly inedible.
To make matters worse, the portion sizes were noticeably small. The overall value for money was terrible.
I'm left wondering what happened to this place. The quality has taken a dramatic nosedive. I can't recommend this Panda Express location to anyone looking for a satisfying meal.

Never been in the store as I always go to the drive up. Food is really good for "fast food" and fast, faster than most "fast food burger joints". Personally almost always grab the beef and broccoli, chow mien, white rice and a couple spring rolls. The rolls could use some work but they are ok and very "light" meaning not greasy like some places. In a pinch for "chinese" hard to beat. For more or a restaurant selection I'd suggest China Chefs not far to the west and a bit north though drive up is not a thing there unless you want to pre-order and/or possible wait 30-60 minutes, good food though.

We never go to this location even though it’s closest to us because every single time we used to go the service was crap, portions were a joke, and they usually got an order wrong or forgot to give us an item we paid for. Do yourself a favor and put this location on blast until they change things up. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

I eat at Panda frequently but this location in Riverton was exceptional. The food was hot, the people were friendly and Carlos the manager made sure us and the dinning room was well taken care of, plus the way he treated his staff was something to be recognized.
