Service is good. Reason for the low rating is my husband noticed a hair in his sandwich. The employee kindly replaced it and gave us a free baguette.
However, what really bugged me was all of the employees working the kitchen (male and female) all had their hair down and in their face. If they had their hair pulled back I wouldn’t have had as bad of an issue with the hair
I had what could have been an awful experience, but the women I talked to at the Riverton Panera were amazing! I ordered through the app for a delivery (which then goes through door dash). The expected time for delivery came and went. As expected, I was frustrated. All that the app told me was there was a delay and that the order had been prepared. When I called, they explained that a dasher came to pick it up, but ended up stealing it. My task was then to call door dash and have them send a refund to Panera so they can remake the order. So I did. It was inconvenient but pretty easy all things considered. I called Panera back and they explained that they would get right on it. Well. It had been a while again so I was about to call them again and see what the status was. Next thing I know, there is a Panera employee (not a dasher) walking up with my food! She was so kind and apologized for all the inconvenience! I get it! None of that was their fault. It was on that original dasher. Anyway. All that to say, I’m super grateful for the employees who helped today! They were super helpful and made everything happen so I still got my food! THANK YOU!

Service here non existent. There's no one to help you order no one at the front register, apparently also cash is frowned upon here. As soon as you walk in there's 3 kiosk where you are forced to order, the kiosk are slow very slow, takes forever for it to respond or go to the next screen. It's is cumbersome to use laggy, and no idea what the deals are. Also looking for your favorite item is a pain, and there's no one to ask to see if they got it. The kiosk doesn't give you a receipt or anything to let you know that they have your order. I had to go to the other side of the restaurant and figure that there was a screen with my name on it. Horrible experience, I used to put up with the high prices here because of the awesome service, but now there's no service. So I will be dropping Panera from my roster of restaurants I frequent. I am writing this lengthy review while waiting for 2 sandwiches and 2 soups and they are taking forever.and I guess online orders take priority over the people here because I see my name keep being bumped to the bottom. Awful, place is dirty. Will not come back

Panera is a huge disappointment and I’ll never forgive them for forcing out Paradise Bakery & Cafe which was amazing.
I don't know what is going on inside this restaraunt, but we sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes(with only two cars ahead of us). Will not be back.

look, i love panera and i eat here often. usually i do pick up, but today i placed an order for delivery through the app because i had a 20% delivery coupon. it’s been 3 hours and the app is still telling me they’re “preparing my order” and it’s still telling me it will be delivered by 3:31pm. it is now 6:30pm and i still have not received my order. i filed a complaint and got $13 back CREDIT, but i payed $16 for the order. only $3 whatever, but i was going to eat my food before work and never got it. and i refreshed the app multiple times and its still saying it will be there between 3:21-3:31😐. luckily i got my delivery coupon back but i’m so annoyed.
PSA: never order delivery through their app! they don’t deliver!!!

Ordered on the app. But after the app said some of the items I ordered were not available and that I could add other options to the order, it actually bought all the other stuff that was available, a second time. While the manager was nice, she was completely inept at how to handle a simple cancellation. After about 30 wasted minutes they reordered the food and when I got it, I noticed a sandwich was missing. It was made they just didn’t put it in the bag. Then when I got home, 3 other items were missing and what was supposed to be Mac and cheese was just another bowl of soup that we did not order. People, even if the receipt show everything as “checked off” do not trust it!!! I have reached out to corporate for a solution.

I've never eaten there before but holy cow!!! They did not disappoint! The grilled cheese sandwich was the best I've ever had. The broccoli and cheese soup was the bomb!! Even better when I dipped the sandwich in the soup!!!😋😋😋
