Papa Johns Pizza

I observed that the employee who prepared my pizza came directly from the cash register after handling money and proceeded to make my food without washing his hands. This situation raises serious concerns regarding hygiene and compliance with basic food safety standards.

Proper handwashing is essential to prevent cross-contamination and to ensure the health and safety of customers. I find this practice unacceptable and concerning.

I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed promptly to prevent similar situations in the future. I would appreciate knowing what steps will be taken to ensure food safety protocols are properly followed.

Pizza was outstanding, but a single garlic sauce and 1 pepperoncini is kind of insulating

Paid $40 dollars for pizzas that were NEVER DELIVERED . But the thing that tipped the scales for me was that 2 dipping sauces were definitely delivered. What am I supposed to do with these??? And with the money I paid for pizzas that don't exist. Go ANYWHERE but here. Even Little Caesars is worth more. And who knows? Maybe you'll actually get the pizza you paid for

We have been eating Papa John’s pizza for years. It has mostly stayed true to taste over the years. When choosing which location to have deliver to us, we were nervous because of other’s recent reviews. However, we still did and maybe things have been adjusted since those negative reviews.

I called just to make sure our order was received and the ETA. I was greeted by a friendly (but busy sounding) person and was informed our pizza was out for delivery already. Our order was received and delivered promptly piping hot & fresh.

Whether or not the other reviews were accurate, it seems adjustments have been made to correct some concerns. Well done.

We went from “free sauces” to “one free sauce only” to “one free sauce only comes with specific pizzas”. Done with the pettiness of this franchise. Also, I’m convinced the workers at this location are AI generated, super robotic and kind of rude

I’ve been ordering pizza from this location about once a month since 2019 and they have always done a great job. The pizza is great for the price and the estimates for when the pizza will be ready are usually accurate. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Papa Johns is amazing. My husband and i love it especially with the Papa Dough! This is my first time at this location and I felt so uncomfortable. The ladies in the front didn't smile or anything, they seem robotic and mean. I'm not sure if the white lady was the Manager but she kept staring at me with such a disgusted look. As a person of color I found it very triggering and uncomfortable. My husband and I will never order from this location again.

Take your business to the local pizza place across the freeway.
The few times I’ve ordered from this place a they’ve taken an hour or more to deliver no matter the time of day despite living less than 15 min away. Twice they’ve forgotten extra sauce cups, toppings etc.
