Papa Johns Pizza

took almost 3 hours to arrive, when they had said it’d be ready in 5-15 minutes, had to call 3 times just to see what the eta and when the pizza was done and the 2nd time i called a lady answered and said it was on the way, waited an hour and still didn’t arrive, then the 3rd time a man answered when i called and said the pizza still hasn’t left the store. ive worked at a pizza place before and there’s no way it takes 3 hours to have a pizza be made and go in the oven and be delivered. don’t order from here unless you want to wait hours on end for a cold and hard gross pizza.

Is it really that hard to spread the sauce evenly? It doesn't take that much time or effort. They weren't even busy.

Huge attitude from the Asian/Hispanic chick that gave me my carry out order. Asked if they had Parmesan and red pepper flakes, she acted like she was high because she spaced out while I was talking to her and I had to repeat myself two more times. I actually looked her in the eyes to see whether they were red. Rolled her eyes at me then packed me some packets of Parmesan and red pepper flakes and then roughly put it on top of my pizza box. I said thank you as nice as I could but she said nothing back. Quit if you hate your job that much geez.

The only reason I’m giving them four stars is because I had to go to three different stores to find gift cards. I drove around for 30 minutes. The boy helping me was really nice though. But I would think each store should
Have gift cards to sell.

I want to say it’s amazing the work you do to try to swindle your customer into tipping. I was planning on tipping in person BUT you make it so difficult to tipping in person without getting your food. I hope your driver delivers and no, you don’t deserve the delivery fee since you’re not doing ANYTHING to deserve ANY compensation for the work they do. THIS will be the last time ordering food from a pizza joint until drivers are compensated fairly.

Wow! I can remember when Papa John’s was good. The pizza they delivered looks like Helen Keller prepared, cooked, and cut it. Absolutely ridiculous!

Seems I’m not the only one having a hard time with this store… Used to be very good. Ordered carry out tonight - our pizza wasn’t cut and our garlic Parmesan breadsticks had zero sauce on them. Definitely understaffed there was only one person baking and running register.
