We came in the earlier hours and was happy to be greeted and to see the establishment was very clean and friendly when walking in! The service was fast and friendly :) the food was brought to us within 5-10 min of ordering!!

This is one of our favorite restaurants as a family. I always get something loaded like the baked potato, mac n cheese, or nachos and my husband always gets a different kind of sandwich with our kid eating all the sides. I do wish they didn’t ask for a tip because I don’t leave a tip if I have to stand to order but other then that we love it!
Their smoked meats are so good. I was surprised by how big the side salad was. It was loaded with cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese and croutons. Excellent filling dinner!

R&R BBQ has gone downhill badly. It feels like the place is being run by unsupervised teens, and it shows in the food. The sides were poorly made, the brisket was fatty and poorly trimmed, and overall the food was just not good.
There’s no consistency, no attention to quality, and no reason this BBQ should cost what it does. You’re paying premium prices for food that feels rushed and careless.
Even the basics were off — the soda machine clearly hadn’t had the carbonation changed, so the drinks were flat. That kind of detail says a lot about how little oversight there is.
Honestly, save your money and go somewhere else. If management doesn’t step in and fix the lack of supervision and quality control, this place is headed toward going out of business.

It's a small location and prone to loud background noise when busy. I had the brisket and turkey. The brisket was mostly fat. Turkey was better. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich and it was dry. Seems like the quality across locations has struggled a bit lately. Too bad, it used to be one of our favorite BBQ places.
