RandR I'm sorry but today y'all did me dirty. The wings were under cooked. I'm not talking about them being unsafe to eat they made it to 165 degrees but those wings didn't come off the bone. The fat was not rendered sadly I left upset about the poor quality for the price. Dont get me wrong the people were nice but the food was bad. Sadly I dont think I'll be coming back unless they can get there stuff together.

I ordered the R&R plate today. The brisket was cooked to perfection. The ribs were not as meaty as usual, but still tasty. I loved finishing it off with their delicious peach cobbler.

The best staff! I normally never order off Instacart for restaurants but I took a chance because I had a discount. The carrier took our whole order & left us 1 thing in the bag. I went into the store & they made everything again! I was extremely impressed with their customer service and that they handled it within minutes. Definitely need recognition for this staff who worked 08/17 night shift

Ordered a side of beans with my order through uber eats … instead of saying they were out of beans they pocketed the money and gave me two spoonfuls of beans. Lazy workers. Also the meat was dry these last few times I’ve ordered.

I was disappointed as we had never been to this BBQ and the menu board had fine writing that was difficult to read from the back of the line. By the time we got up to order we ordered the R&R platter with brisket and pulled pork, garlic mash, mac and cheese, two drinks as one came with and a seperate peach cobbler. The brisket was good, the pork was a little better but both were on the dryer side. The mash was good and the mac and cheese never showed up. That's when I realized that the cashier that was taking our order with the airpods in failed to hear the mac and cheese.... Disappointed

Whoever took over ownership of R and R now has ruined it. It use to be the best. Now it’s horrible, so gross and expensive. The beans taste like cold canned beans with zero flavor, Every meat tastes like it’s been cooked with the fake smoke flavoring, the baked potatoes are never cooked and the fries are soggy, the hush puppies are burnt every single time and anytime you get any meat it’s always the worst most fatty gross piece of meat. It’s been going downhill for awhile now but it’s officially reached the crappy food category. Don’t waste your money eating here it’s a guaranteed disappointment and that’s if you even get the right order.
