Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Got food poisoning immediately after eating my food. Chicken wasn't cooked all the way or something. This would have been fine if it was a one time thing, but my boyfriend also got sick after eating from this location a couple days before.

Food is always on point and the customer service here is great. They actually make eye contact with you lol. Don't forget your VETERAN DISCOUNT. I have never been inside, but looks like plenty of room.

This location doesn't understand the concept of FAST food. It's supposed to be FAST, guys! Come on! 🤦‍♂️

This is the second time in less than a month thay they have been super slow. The first time was at the drive through. Tonight I decided to try going inside. They were also not very busy either time.

I've never had this problem at the South Jordan location, for what it's worth.

The guy at the front waited for what seemed like forever for the kitchen to bring the food out. Someone in that kitchen needs to be fired.

And when it did finally come out, it came without the toast!

Not a good look, team. Get it together!

waited 20 minutes for one box combo. they ended up forgetting about us, as people who ordered after us got their food before us. i ended up having to go up and remind them of our order. clearly not very well managed on nights. the food wasn’t even worth it to have been waiting 20 minutes. the fries weren’t hot and the chicken was chewy.

Food and service was fantastic as usual, however someone bright their dog which clearly isn’t a service animal. I’m not sure the policies on pets but it was barking at everyone who came In

I will be back. Iona has has great customer service skills. I work late hours this time of year and I don't normally stop for food on my way home because I hate being that customer that pulls in right before closing, but tonight I was hungry, and I pulled in exactly 4 minutes before closing. Well despite my hesitation everything about my visit was fantastic. My chicken was hot and tasted fresh. The service was fast and the person that took my order was very helpful and nice. Thank you for making my late night food stop and pleasant experience.

First time coming to a Cane's, and I'm pretty impressed. I don't usually care about chicken fingers, but these things are great! If I get a craving for chicken fingers, this is my place from now on!

The ladies behind the counter were very sweet and helpful. My food was prepared quickly and was ready as soon as I arrived to pick it up. I had two young children with me at the time and I was able to pay, accept my food, and leave without any issues. Everything tasted delicious and was prepared thoughtfully for pick-up.
