Rancherito's Mexican Food

Not sure if I ordered wrong, but I wasn't expecting my quesadilla to have massive chunks of unseasoned chicken in it. I was initially really excited with how much food I was going to get, but the chicken is just kinda gross on its own like this. If it's my bad I'll take the L on that, just really not appetizing.

If I could give no stars I definitely would. Went inside to order and before I could do so my daughter and I heard and saw a cook sneeze all over the food they were preparing. I told the girl about it and she acted weird about it and called the other cashier, (older gentlemen), to handle us. I told this guy the same thing and he acted dumb about it and said I don't know. I'm sure they can look back at the video footage and see this. I would definitely stay clear of this place.

Shoutout to Ernesto, he always makes sure my order is correct and he’s very genuine and nice. The food is always great. Best breakfast burritos in town.

Too dam much. Paid $16 for a mid enchilada plate. It was a soup. Paid $4 for a horchata and the manager was throwing a fit about a refill. Paid $4 gimme more of ts. Never coming back

Went through the drive-thru and the young lady taking the order was so friendly. She took the time to explain the menu options for the breakfast burritos. I ended up ordering a ham and sausage burrito. It was huge and tasted wonderful!

Apparently we have $2 on tax $15 for the carne as add fries that are $13 on the menu. And it only comes with 2 hot sauces. For $15. Definitely just going to the Neto’s across the street from now on

Tipping culture is insane.

Food is average. But someone tell employees to stop asking for tips when ordering thru the drive thru!!!!!!

I can understand there’s one person working nights but the amount of disrespect of BLAMING someone of stealing should be a shame when the same person who does doordash always comes and PAYS for their food. Next time that you want to use defamation against someone please make sure that he actually has been working the last nights, we have all the proofs that he has never stolen anything and if there was a issue with doordash that should be solved with the app. Thank you for ruining a night when we actually come and eat so often, first time i feel the need to leave a review but make sure that next time that facts actually match and also just A LITTLE BIT of service not just be rude and like i said, don’t accuse no one specially of stealing without a single proof ( specially to someone that hates burrito’s more than anyone). As someone that works on the restaurant industry i have never felt so disrespected of going somewhere to grab food. Even for fast food there should be at least SOMETHING of service not just someone been completely rude.

I literally spit my carne asada fries out first bite because something tasted extremely rancid. I asked them if they could make another one after explaining this to them. The employee acknowledged it could either be the guacamole or the sour cream then refused to make a new plate unless we paid full price!! I politely refused and won’t ever come back to this location

Horrible service, I always eat here, even though they have a guy who serves with the spirit of a funeral, I have always ordered exactly the same thing, even though this guy serves terrible service and doesn't even respond when thanked, I kept going, but today He came out with a disgusting attitude, only because they did not understand the order correctly, last time unfortunately.

The same unfriendly cashier serves us, nor does he greet us cordially, every time we go and there is the same one who seems to suffer even to live, terrible, he has made mistakes with my orders 3 times and speaks perfect Spanish.
