Came in 10 minutes before closing and the store was locked and being mopped, when we tried the locked doors the employee looked at us and then ignored us. The store hours sat open until 9:00 and it definitely was not

Love coming here to get their gelatis!
Every time I pass by here (and I sometimes may go way out of my way to do so) I stop and get a gelati. BEST ITALIAN ICE EVER. This is a MUST try if you haven't been! Get dinner at Zupas and dessert across the street!

The worst service I have ever experienced… walked in to a line that is expected on a summer night. Employee was what looked like playing around with ice cream scraping the sides of the bins. I had to ask him if he was going to help us after standing there waiting for at least 10 minutes. After asking he was extremely put out. I feel really bad for the other employee that was working hard helping others. This place definitely needs to step up their customer service.

Very disappointing. The black cherry Italian ice tasted like a low quality snowcone syrup (slurpees are way better), and the “concrete” May as well have been a Burger King soft serve shake.

$2.29 "upcharge" for hand scooped custard, PER gelati?!? I've never heard of this and I've been to Rita's on numerous occasions. I'm not sure if it was the employee working or an actual charge, either way seems pretty ridiculous when you're already paying for the custard on the gelati.

This custard is not like other custard it is fluffy like a marshmallow and it taste incredible. I’ve eaten tons of other custard and they basically taste like ice cream. If you haven’t tried this you definitely need to.

Everything was way too sweet, even by America standards. The menu was confusing and the portion sizes were smaller than expected for how much we paid. The people helping us were great. If it had 1/2 the sweetness it would have been perfect and refreshing.
