This place is so good. It's really fun to go to especially in the summer. They have Italian Ice, Frozen Custard, Gelato, shakes, etc. They have a lot to choose from.

Staff here is severely lacking. Not sure if it’s a management problem but the staff was unable to greet any customers and had zero hospitality. Rita’s was a very disappointing experience and the whole place can use some major improvements.
