Really enjoyed my experience, Brandon, Monet, and Bailee were super friendly and helpful. My bowl was superb, 10/10 store and employees. Will definitely come back!!

I placed a pick-up order for 9:25 am and I got notifications that the store was preparing my order. Then I got suddenly got a message at 9:16 am that said my order was cancelled by the store because the store couldn't fill it. It was not a complicated order and why would they have started making it and then suddenly cancel? This was my first time ordering from Roxberry and it was super suspicious, so I think I'll just stick with Jamba.

I ordered a large peanut butter blast substituting strawberries instead of banana. They gave me a medium and put banana in it. I'm allergic to bananas. The cashier taking my order needs to learn to actually listen to her customers and get a coaching. One day her lack of attention will send someone into anaphylactic shock.

Order a peanut butter crunch bowl without bananas, large size. They give a peanut butter crunch bowl small size instead to which I had them remake and they include bananas in it.

The problem is, I’m allergic to bananas! If you’re gonna have teenagers run the store, you probably should make sure that they’re competent enough to actually listen. Follow directions and actually execute what the customer wants.

This location is painfully slow. Plus they are out of protein powder most of the time.

Only 1 employee working he was very friendly but completely overwhelmed. Management needs to make sure shifts are properly covered took forever to get my smoothie

Cool retro vibe here. Smoothies are good. Wish prices were lower but still well worth the money. I recommend getting Pina Colada and ask them to add strawberries!!
