It is understandable that the single Shack Burger was $6.99 and fries for $3.99, but $3.99 for a 24 oz soda is nuts. Mcdonalds sells 32 oz all day for $1.00. Sure, the burgers are maybe a little better than McDonald's, but they are comparable to in-&-out and less quality than Culvers, and a Coke is a Coke. I won't come back. Food isn't that different from any other place.

Oh my gosh..Dee-wish-us...best avocado burger I've ever eaten..friendly service, very quick drive thru. Will definitely return.

Definitely one of my favorite burger places. The cheese fries and the nuggets are also top notch.

Burgers and crispy chicken sandwiches were cooked to perfection. Strawberry shake was all natural, the real thing. And the juice lemonades were not too tart and not too sweet.

They should change the name to the Meh Shake Shack. When Shake is the primary name of your business you should actually make good shakes. If you like thin pathetic shakes and this is the place for you but if you like a real Shake made with real ice cream that's thick like they should be then go somewhere else.

For the price versus the amount of food I got was disappointing to say the least. The burgers we got were smashed meat patties, that were burnt and about the thickness of cardboard. The bread was crusty and hard. The experience was very disappointing. Its sad that this quality of food even made it out of the kitchen

Hudson was our favorite part. He was friendly and amazing and was attentive and hard worker. Dude is a gem. Pay him more money. Wish I had a business just so I could put him in charge of customer service and front end.

Burgers are always great here, but today Cam provided the best of the best customer service , we accidentally spilled our drink and he gladly moved us over to the next table he cleaned it right away, very servant and attentive with our refills. We need more humans like Cam!
