All around, great experience. This place is clean as a whistle, the staff are very polite, professional and attentive. Can't go wrong here

They gave me a free meal because they royally grossed me out. Most disgusting burger experience I've ever had. Plus I watched the staff accidentally spill others drinks all over the table. I didn't want to complain here because they tried to make it right with a free meal. But it still feels like an insult when it's a safety hazard to have giant chunks of hard gristle in your burger. I've been to other locations many times and loved Shake Shack but I might never return after this experience.

I got the avocado bacon burger and a strawberry shake. Everything was good and the food was brought out fairly quick. It was a little pricey but not outrageous.

food was super good and fresh! i got the avocado bacon burger and it was delicious! i also had the bacon cheese fries which were pretty good as well. the price is pretty high but it’s worth it for the quality of the food.

Shake shack is so good. Their burgers are amazing. A little small, but they're delicious.

When we got there Hudson opened the door for us and said welcome in … I’m here to help. And Jordan was so good helping us sort through the menu. Reminded me of the book “unreasonable hospitality”

It is understandable that the single Shack Burger was $6.99 and fries for $3.99, but $3.99 for a 24 oz soda is nuts. Mcdonalds sells 32 oz all day for $1.00. Sure, the burgers are maybe a little better than McDonald's, but they are comparable to in-&-out and less quality than Culvers, and a Coke is a Coke. I won't come back. Food isn't that different from any other place.

Parking: Small lot that's hard to move around in.
