Went to the drive thru to pick up my order because they said it was ready over the app. They refused to give me the order at the window so I went inside. After I went inside they said they couldn’t find my order. The manager came out and it was right in front of their face. Super unprofessional and slow and the only place that refuses to let you take out an order from the window. Go elsewhere.

This rating is for the customer experience of the location and not necessarily the food. I really enjoy Shake Shack burgers. What I hate is being forced into using a kiosk that takes three times as long to order. Especially when you have a bigger group. After placing the order myself the kiosk then has the audacity to ask for a TIP! Also where is the fountain machine in this place?! Yes, I want refills! Because of this we chose not to order drinks (lost revenue). You know who doesn’t force me to order from a kiosk or ask me for a tip? In-N-Out!

When we walked in we were greeted by courteous staff. They assisted us with placing our order. The food was ready in no time and they brought it to our table. It was Delicious, everything was fresh and really tasty. This restaurant location upholds the reputation of the shake shack chain.

1st time at shake shack. Very disappointed in the food, for the price I expected better. The hamburgers weren’t very good and the fries were cold. It’s not a place I want to go back to anytime soon, much better eating locations nearby.

The chicken shack sandwich was great but the fries I received were lukewarm warm at most and the basket was like half full. Spent $24 for a meal and shake. I expect my food hot and a full basket of fries if I’m paying that much. Fries were also stale.

I just think when you order a milkshake and it cost seven dollars and it’s probably 10 ounces they could fill it to the top of the cup. I don’t know just a thought.

With a name like shake shack you would think they had amazing shakes and a plentiful variety but sadly that's not the case. I was in the mood for a good shake and went out of my way to go here only to be very disappointed. They had very limited flavor options and only available in one size. I got a banana cream shake and at best it was average and way to small in size for my liking. I won't ever come back here. They are over priced small shakes that are average at best and not worth nearly as much as they charge.
