Ii have gone there many times in the past but last week I was there. There was a car in front of me. After the customer was given her drink the customer gave the blonde female employee a Christmas gift and they took about five minutes exchanging gifts while I waited. The employee knew I was there but did not care. When it was my turn she let the male employee help me , probably because she was embarrassed. That was disrespectful and bad service. I will not go there again.

GET A SPEAKER! we waited in line for over 30 minutes just to order our drink and as we are sitting second in line it took 10 minutes before they even opened the window to take the first persons order. This is ridiculous and terrible service. Get a speaker so we can order early so there can be a flow.

I’ve never had any major issues here. Service is always great. Drinks are cold, sweet, and bubbly. In 3+ years the only oops was the soda syrup being low on a drink. It was just fizzy water. I called to let them know their 7-up syrup was out and they credited me a free drink’s worth of rewards without me asking for it. 10/10 unless you’re a Karen, then that’s your own problem.

Not sure why you opened 2 1/2 hours later than normal the day after Christmas but it cost you a customer. Im usually there right when you open but never again. I'm going to Quench It or Fiiz as they operate within normal business hours.

I love sodalicious, many years a fan until today. Waited 15 minutes; after I gave my drink order. With no communication. I'd there was a any kind of problem. No diet moutain dew. No Fresca. My coke zero was awful. It must of ran out. The flavorings . Barely detected. So sad. I haven't been in six months . I won't be back. Fix management. Windows have tape over the windows. Extremely filthy. Who know when the last time the window was wash from the inside. What happened to the standard????? Maybe she was high . I ordered two simple drinks and a cookie.
I love this location, it is not near my home or work but it's worth the few minutes to swing by. The young people working here are happy and engaged with the customers. They'll crack jokes and keep it upbeat. I asked for a recommendation and had several options to choose from. As opposed to another location where I asked for a recommendation and was told "that doesn't effect me so I wasn't listening, what?" Thank you to Jesse for assembling a great team. Thanks for Colby and Izzy for their efficient, personable and professional work. Keep it up, I'll be back!
