We came in a few minutes before closing on a spur of the moment; and for our first time, I was very disappointed. It didn’t look like the order taker wanted to be there, I don’t think she was friendly at all. We switched our orders because we couldn’t decide and it all Looked good. I get it, that can be frustrating but as someone who deals with customer service that happens all the time. When the order came, we realized one was missing and she was combative and told me I didn’t order it. I said that ok I can just order and pay. And she stated in a rude manner “we close in 3min” which I replied by saying, ok so I can pay for it. She took my order and I paid. She brought out the order before closing and said “sorry about that.” I don’t know what she was apologizing for, but the whole service was lacking and made our first experience a bad one.

We had placed an order online, and when we went to pick it up there was no one working. The place was empty even though they weren't supposed to be closing for another hour. We sat in the drive thru forever and then weren't able to get our drinks even though we had already been charged for them.

The soda at this location tastes like they don’t clean taps or ice machine often. The soda the last couple times had a rancid after taste. Their treats have always been my favorite though!

I have been going to this location for over a year and a handful of times they have been out of something so I've had to go elsewhere. I rarely have issues with them, but I got 2 rice crispies yesterday and they weren't mixed well and there was a puddle of marshmallow on the bottom of both of them. Not the best tasting either, but I ate them anyway. Well... I ate one and a half, before feeling something weird in my mouth. Took it out and it looked like a piece of foam like you would find in the soles of your orthopedic shoes. Now I'm thinking of all the places I've gone to for food and drink and what else I might have consumed unknowingly... I'll never get anything other than drinks here from now on.
