They forgot the syrup foe the French toast sticks, the sauce for the chicken tenders and the ranch dor the pickle fries...
Absolutely ridiculous couldn't get card reader to work drove off because they couldn't get it to work. Not my problem service was horrible never tasted food but sure it was horrible along with everything else there.

15 minute wait for them to take our order, we were second in line. Another 10+ minutes for food. Seemed that 4+ employees could only handle one order at a time.

Every single time I'm at this location I wait easily 30+ minutes regardless of what I order. And don't even think of going in as no one will ever help you. I tried waving down the worker after going in and cars not being helped in the drive through and was completely ignored. This is the absolute worst location I've ever been too

Waited at least 30 minutes in the drive though. Wanted shakes, but their ice cream machine was down. Ordered chicken strips, but couldn't have fries with the meal only tater tots. Not super I'll go back, not worth the wait

The Herriman location closes at 11:00 and I went there at around 10:40 and was left with no response. I then proceeded to call because there was someone inside and didn’t get an answer.

They usually mess up orders. This last time we went through they only had one headset so they were only taking orders from the booths and left us to dry in the drive thru. We pulled up to the window and tried to order blasts but their machine was down. Bad management and lacking resources.

The drive through is lousy they don't take the order because "they only have one line of headsets" whatever that means. And their machinery overheated... They take forever with their service. This location is a joke.
Very poor service, we spent 45 minutes just trying to get our order taken. Trying the kiosk, drive threw and lobby. When we finally got someone’s attention they were very rude.

I had the most horrible experience and continue to have a horrible experience with sonic in Herriman. We waited an hour and left without our food. There’s no one at the counter and they completely ignore you if you go Inside. The staff was rude and they said the reason it took one hour is they did not know how to make their featured sundae. They didn’t comp our food so we left without it. When you order through DoorDash when you place the order you get a response with 10 to 15 minutes for food to be delivered. But it is always pushed out every five minutes until it reaches 30 to 45 minutes, I live in a neighborhood across the street from sonic. You would think I wouldn’t order there anymore but we love their milkshakes and we love cheese fries. It’s too bad that the owner of this sonic doesn’t know what’s going on.
