I'm mind blown at how slow this place is. Places like chick fil a get you in and out in 50 seconds 💀 this place sucks
I got hollow mozzarella sticks. A whole large order with basically no cheese. I paid for breading and sauce. Granted everything else was satisfactory

They were not helpful, there app was having technical difficulties and would not submit my order during happy hour. I got here 5 minutes after happy hour and they would not apply it to the order, also kept cutting me off and interrupting me while I would try to talk. It makes no sense to have your app not work then not help the customer in any way

We went to grab a late dinner after a busy day. We checked the hours of this location and it said it was open until 11:00 pm. We got there just a little after 10 pm. There were two other vehicles in the drive thru. We waited for 10 minutes at the speaker box and after no response we went up to the window. The young man inside was just standing around. We knocked on the window and he turned, waved his finger at us and shook his head. He didn't bother coming to the window and explaining anything. All the lights were on and it looked like it was still open. Very disappointed that they can't stick to their hours let alone that the employee couldn't show some service and explain why they were showing us away.

Waiting in the car stall for 10 minutes, watching a flashing red light, which was supposed to let us know that they knew we were ready to order.

This sonic is ok. They do mess up orders sometimes or forget components from orders, but the food does hit the spot, and their service is pretty ok as well.

I had a very disappointing experience due to the rude and disrespectful behavior of one of the employees named Micheal. They were dismissive, unprofessional, and made me and others feel completely unwelcome. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. If you are going to treat other human beings badly you should reconsider your career.

What's the point of having half off deals on the website if when I go to pay they all the sudden don't exist anymore, and then you make both of my slushies wrong and don't give me the pup cup I ordered, and the employee who brought our stuff to us seemed like they could care less about their job or us

We typically only go to Sonic for ice cream so I can’t speak for the food. The shakes can be hit and miss, I’ve ordered one with peanut butter a few times and it has no peanut butter flavor. We have also had times when they put the cherry on, realize we asked for no cherry and then just pull it off but the juice and red coloring is all over the whip. We always use the app so the service has always been quick and staff has always seemed friendly.
