We stopped by the 13400 So. location and will never go back. The drive-thru was backed up so we parked. After deciding what we wanted we pushed the red button. It took 15 minutes for a response, we were asked to please wait. A car pulled up in stall next to us, and after waiting for less than a minute the employee took their order. We had been there waiting for about 20 minutes, and someone who has just arrived got served while we waited. We will never go back to that location! It sounds like it was a good thing we didn't get to order.BTW the fake and out of state "positive" reviews don't help your reputation at all.(edit for spelling)

I ordered a Coney hotdog and my order came to $21. I told the guy when I got my hotdog that he he owed me more money back cause I only ordered the Coney dog and he said it will come back to you eventually and I’m not sure that’s gonna happen so I left kind of disappointed.

Absolutely disgusting. I purchased a crispy chicken sandwich today at the Herriman location and when I bit into it, it had a horrible taste. I spit it out and when I opened it up it had brown old lettuce and the chicken patty looked like it was days old. Shame on you Sonic… this shouldn’t even been fed to pigs. I took a photo to share on this review, but I don’t see an option to upload it.

Was on our way home and decided to stop and get drinks we ordered for our drinks and Nathan (hopefully the right guy) came out saw we had two dogs and then I ordered a kids meal and asked if could get the bumblebee toy and when he came out with my card he had two whipped creams for our dogs as a nice gesture and came back to with my kid meal he delivered with my bumblebee toy. Best. Service. Ever. Hands down.
The customer service was really good! Customer service is my biggest pet peeve. I haven't been to a Sonic in a few years. But I will be coming back to this location Sonic. So worth the drive!

We have came here twice in the past week and both times were not good. They charged us twice for one order and wouldn’t refund us and the second time waited 15+ minutes for a shake. Not good service, I enjoy sonic but this location really disappointed me.
