This is my very 1st Starbucks I ever went to, I love it everyone that works there is very friendly and welcoming, I've went in just a few times, I mainly go through the drive through, Jax took care of me last time he's fun, very friendly, upbeat, listens very well, I never have to repeat my order, I don't have a very loud voice, so sometimes it can be difficult for the person taking my order

The long waits in the drive is horrible such a hit or miss. When I have gone in through with a mobile order my strawberry açaí drinks are made horrible. I’ve even have said something once they “remade “ it and handed me the same drink. And another they were extremely rude. Hardly any of the strawberry base. I refuse to go back to this location

Says they open at 5am yet when I went The two women inside just sat there and looked at me and didn’t take my order or acknowledge me in the drive thru.
