Starbucks is more than just a coffee shop—it’s an experience that blends high-quality coffee with a warm, inviting atmosphere. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the unmistakable aroma of freshly brewed coffee and a friendly, personalized welcome from the baristas.
The menu is a celebration of variety, offering everything from classic favorites like Cappuccinos to seasonal creations that delight your taste buds. Every drink is crafted with care, paying attention to details like perfectly steamed milk and beautifully presented foam.
The environment invites you to pause and unwind: cozy seating, pleasant background music, and reliable Wi-Fi make it an ideal spot to work, study, or simply take a break. It’s a space where you can feel a sense of belonging, even amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Starbucks isn’t just a place to grab coffee—it’s an urban sanctuary where every detail is designed to offer a unique and comforting experience.

Starbucks on 2053 w 12600 S in Riverton…Ordered a Tropical Citrus Iced Energy drink without ice and it was a half full. I don’t think this should have been filled to the top. Starbucks you don’t sell customers drinks like this. Definitely won’t be back after this
I don’t usually post reviews unless it was a memorable one. A couple of days ago I went in, since the lane was full of drive through cars and I thought hey, I’ll be the only one in person, this should be quick. There were 4 workers; one greeted me while simultaneously packaging something else. 1 was working the window while the others were face down, talking to one another through there mics. No one stopped to take my order. After about 4 minutes one turns around and takes my order. I ask if they had oatmeal, she said yes, I said I’ll order one and then ordered my drink. After about another 5 minutes my drink was ready. I waited, they all continued to talk to watchtower through their headsets face down. I finally asked the packager person about how long my oatmeal would take and she said she doesn’t see one, then looks at the cashier who looks back at her and says “she didn’t order one” and then they just stare at each other. Like c’mon- not a lick of customer service here. There were 4 of you and not one could rectify the problem with an apology at the least? I stormed out of there because honestly the fact that it took about 10 minutes to not only take my order but then make it was crazy to me. At that point all the cars were gone and I was the only one there. I get there are post mates order or whatever but those people weren’t there to pick up their orders, I was one, basic customer service people. I’ll be 1,000x more likely to go to Scooters down the block just for their customer service alone (I only went here because it was on the way to the freeway). Never again.

We showed up as they were opening and Nessa took the time to make a wonderful coffee and some pumpkin bread for us. She greeted us with a smile and kind conversation. Her and her co-workers were also wonderful in answering our menu questions and providing recommendations. This made our day.
Thank you.

Athan is awesome dude ? ?
I feel so disappointed!
I was in this location with a group of friends and we were being a loud because this is how we are! We been in this specific location a few times and we never had an issue until today! So here comes Athan to tell us if we can keep it down? We felt very uncomfortable with his approach, because he told us to basically leave? As a formal restaurant manager I would never tell my costumers to keep it down if they are spending money and having fun in my location this is very unacceptable and unprofessional!

I come to Starbucks too much to even tell you how much I spend here. $100 a month probably. I get pup cups for my kids when we come through and I’ve NEVER had anyone charge me for cookie crumbles on top, I’ve been to this location 100’s of times as well, this time they made sure to tell me that is extra when I have never, not once, have been to a Starbucks that charges for a pinch of cookie toppings on a pup cup. It’s giving broke. And that’s MY job not y’all’s. You’re Starbucks. Get it together. We pay $10 for a drink as it is. Really bad service for those of us loyal customers if you ask me.

Just ordered an Impossible Breakfast Sandwich for my daughter and a Grilled Cheese for myself. When it arrived, the breakfast sandwich has nothing but sausage and the bag for my grilled cheese has a cake donut in it. Lol We were both very disappointed.

We come to this location often we love most of the staff! Today we made a mobile Order we got to the store With no line and no cars in the lobby I work at a different coffee company so I fully understand how rushes come and go however NO CARS we told them we have a mobile order and the guy was very sweet however we pulled up to the window and was met with a very angry girl saying that we can only get out drinks at the appropriate time even though our first drink was already done and we were only 2 minutes early to a empty starbucks the barista was very rude and will be headed to beans and Brews from now on! This was on may 3rd around 11:56am.

The aroma of Starbucks coffee is simply divine. As soon as you walk in, you're surrounded by the rich blend of coffee smells. While the service and food at Starbucks are great, I really come for the coffee. They have an incredible selection of coffee drinks and always manage to brew up the perfect cup. I'm a longtime fan of their signature roasts which have a bold, smooth flavor. Whether it's their classic Pike Place roast or a pumpkin spice latte in the fall, Starbucks coffee never disappoints. The baristas are skilled at crafting delicious coffee creations like macchiatos and cappuccinos too. For me, Starbucks is all about the coffee - it's consistently delicious and the smell alone lures me in every time.

Everytime I go here they mess up my order. I order the same thing. A white mocha with a pump of vanilla because I hate chocolate. They always give me a regular mocha with vanilla and I hate it. On top of it their tip menu forces you to tip at least a $1 for mess ups and every time I bring my dogs they ignore them and never bring them a pup cup.

This used to be my go-to location. The older blonde woman who's been running the window feels like family. But I will not be going back after today. I put in a mobile order for four drinks, about a minute before entering the drive thru, expecting there to be a wait. With our different tastes and being relatively new to the world of coffee, mobile ordering makes it easier to spend time looking at a menu. We were asked to pull to the front of the store while our drinks were being made, which we did so happily. We were not treated any differently than if we had ordered four drinks through the drive thru or at the counter until our drinks were delivered to us. The barista said "Just so you know, in the future I need more than a minute to make these."We hadn't complained about the wait. There was no one in the drive thru before or after our ten minute wait. Again, waiting happily. This comment made us feel defeated and like we had ultimately wasted their time by ordering. And even after all this, our hot drink didn't have a sleeve and we were missing a cake pop so I had to go in. I asked what the difference was between ordering in the drive thru and mobile ordering four drinks. She said it's about being considerate to the baristas, which, believe me. I'm the last person to want to put anyone out or make anyone's job harder."There were customers in front of you."I wasn't meaning to butt in line or ruin anyone's day. I'm still very confused about the encounter and upset. After working in food service, I know how tickets come through. I hope I never made any Dashers or anyone who made an online order at my restaurant feel like this.
