Everytime I go here they mess up my order. I order the same thing. A white mocha with a pump of vanilla because I hate chocolate. They always give me a regular mocha with vanilla and I hate it. On top of it their tip menu forces you to tip at least a $1 for mess ups and every time I bring my dogs they ignore them and never bring them a pup cup.

This used to be my go-to location. The older blonde woman who's been running the window feels like family. But I will not be going back after today. I put in a mobile order for four drinks, about a minute before entering the drive thru, expecting there to be a wait. With our different tastes and being relatively new to the world of coffee, mobile ordering makes it easier to spend time looking at a menu. We were asked to pull to the front of the store while our drinks were being made, which we did so happily. We were not treated any differently than if we had ordered four drinks through the drive thru or at the counter until our drinks were delivered to us. The barista said "Just so you know, in the future I need more than a minute to make these."We hadn't complained about the wait. There was no one in the drive thru before or after our ten minute wait. Again, waiting happily. This comment made us feel defeated and like we had ultimately wasted their time by ordering. And even after all this, our hot drink didn't have a sleeve and we were missing a cake pop so I had to go in. I asked what the difference was between ordering in the drive thru and mobile ordering four drinks. She said it's about being considerate to the baristas, which, believe me. I'm the last person to want to put anyone out or make anyone's job harder."There were customers in front of you."I wasn't meaning to butt in line or ruin anyone's day. I'm still very confused about the encounter and upset. After working in food service, I know how tickets come through. I hope I never made any Dashers or anyone who made an online order at my restaurant feel like this.

This is the best Starbucks! Every barista I have talked to has been so nice and several remember me when I visit. I mobile order quite often and my drinks are usually ready earlier than the predicted time! This morning I was greeted with a cute sticker that said "You got this" on my cup. It made me smile :)

The baristas here specifically Christi, Jada, and Caila, are THEE sweetest people in the world! They make the Starbucks experience one to remember. I recommend coming here one, the food is very yummy, especially the lemon loaf. The workers are very on top of wiping down tables and making sure that everyone is comfortable and liking their drinks, and when the slow days come upon them, they are still finding things to do. They do not look lazy or act like there is nothing to do. This location is the best, and as a musician the music they play is different and enjoyable for all ages!The baristas are very kind to the kids that come in! The music is always appropriate and the uniforms do not expose anything. The people who come here as well are very appropriate as well as kind and don't give any trouble to the kids. There are about 15-25 spots as well as 2-3 handicap spots. There is a ramp to get to the shop as well as multiple tables that are wheelchair accessible. There are drinks with no dairy in them that are mostly fruit and/or coffee and have the option of many substitutions for dairy.
Was in SLC on business and this location was nearby. I stopped by twice and both times the crew was awesome and so nice. When I'm back in town I'll make sure to go out of my way to visit again.

felt super awkward when i walked in, it wasn’t busy at all but i was not greeted when i walked up to place my order they just stared at me for a good minute before someone took my order, drink was good though
