Seems like people only leave Reviews when they have a negative experience but here’s a positive review that I feel they deserve. I always have such a great experience at this Subway! The employees are so sweet and genuinely caring they take the time to greet you with a smile and make sure your order is just the way you like it. You can tell they really enjoy what they do and care about their customers.
One thing I really appreciate is how much effort they put into the look of the sandwiches. Everything is laid out so neatly, and they make sure it’s not just delicious but also visually appealing. It’s the little things like that that keep me coming back. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it definitely shows!

Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never felt the need to leave a bad review—until now.
When I walked in, I asked a simple question: Can I get two different sandwiches on one footlong? The girl behind the counter kept asking what kind of bread I wanted, so I said Italian. I repeated my question about splitting the sandwich—one half ham and provolone, the other salami and provolone—but she ignored me and put ham and provolone on the entire sandwich instead.
Then we got to toppings. I clearly asked for toppings on just one side, and she put them across the whole thing anyway.
Being ignored as a customer is not something I’m okay with. I won’t be coming back unless this is made right

Clean location in a strip mall just off 126th S in Riverton. Very bright and airy. Service was excellent. Friendly counter staff.
Subway has definitely gone downhill. Bread is day old. Vegetables are fresh .. however the artist was very *very* stingy with the toppings.
Still not a bad deal and one of the better Subways in the Valley.

there were two employees working; the girl messed up while ringing me up and i lost my rewards discount, the boy was goofing around with his friends who did not work there. the food was good as always cuz subway is so amazing

Ordered online from the subway website for a delivery and never got it. Staff very unfriendly and wouldn’t help us out. Said it was DoorDash’s fault. Sure it might be their fault but if you are going to use that as a delivery service then have a plan to fix issues like these. I don’t have any way to even deal with DoorDash because you are hiding that you are using it for deliveries.
