If i could givw no stars i would. This location is always messing up my order. We ordered 4 sandwiches online and one didn't have anything we marked on it and there was no extra toppings. When we go in person the girl who worked behind the counter got mad we walked in so close to her shift end that she said out loud, " ugh, it's almost the end of my shift and now it gets busy"! Not great customer service and no one looks happy ever. I don't recommend this location. I would like a gift card because I paid for sandwiches that were done incorrectly and we had to suffer through silence and looking at the girl behind the counter looking like she didn't want to be there and making our sandwiches in awkward silence.

Angel was so kind and genuine. Some of the best customer service I’ve encountered! She promptly completed my order with just the right amount of every topping. The establishment was very clean, and all the ingredients were fresh and fully stocked.

Ordered on the app. After it notified me that my food was ready I waited a few minutes then went down and my order of 5 sandwiches was only half done.
Then the lady working the counter kept complaining to me that the order was to big and it was to much and just wow never been so uncomfortable in my life as she complained in front of other customers repeatedly. I spent about 58 bucks on 5 sandwiches.
During this whole thing the lady was on her phone with someone and the portions where the worst I've seen at subway.
Picked up diner about 7ish pm 3/20/2024
This will be the last time I use this location and I live just around the corner. I'll go to 12600 s from now on.

Tried to let them know that they messed up the order and it was inedible since the lettuce was brown and the steak tasted like tuna. When my father called, the guy gave an attitude and said "I just work here" and "you're the one buying it". Talk about not caring about your job at all. And then he hung up on my father. Thank you for the AWFUL customer service. Hope you get fired buddy??

Really really bad quality, ordered and paid for double meat. Didn't even get a normal size portion.The lettuce is yellow and brown. And looks like zero effort went into this sandwich.The taste was disgusting tasted like the meat was left out all dayI would avoid this subway.

My stepson and I came into this particular subway (Riverton Utah)to get dinner tonight (3 What’s the date today (3/6/24) There was a gentleman behind the counter and it appeared he was on the phone with someone and he was swearing like a sailor. Me, my son and another customer were just beside ourselves with disgust. I don’t know why he felt it necessary to talk like that with other people in the lobby, but it should not of happened. I’m very disappointed in the service we received because the way he was talking out loud. It is my opinion and everybody else sitting around me that he should be reprimanded in someway.I am not happy about his.

Beware of mayonnaise! Just ordered a few sandwiches and all of them were dripping mayonnaise, disgusting. Usually pretty good but today was not. Next time I’ll ask for no mayo I guess.

A few good workers here, but never enough working at a time. Should have more than 1 person working dinner! Emily was fantastic and ready to help, but she was overwhelmed with customers the entire time I was there. Management is awful, needs a big change in order to be a good restaurant again.
