I absolutely loved this sushi place great price, absolutely fantastic quality and the server I think her name was Ariana was absolutely the best server I’ve ever had great shining personality and also just a very kind compassionate human being will definitely be coming back more than once

I stopped by Sushi Yu in Riverton for lunch and wow… the sushi here is fresh and the price is crazy good. Honestly, I paid less than I usually do anywhere else and the rolls tasted way better. The place feels clean and the staff was so nice. This is definitely my new sushi spot in Riverton.

hot food should not be Luke warm the service was nice I was here at a down time so tough gauge certain things the meat looked dried out but otherwise it was ok

I’ve been trying to find good sushi near me and finally landed at Sushi Yu. The rolls are fresh, big portions, and super affordable. It’s got a cozy vibe that makes it great for lunch or dinner. Riverton needed a sushi restaurant like this and I’m glad I found it.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for Sushi Yu because it’s genuinely that good. I came in a bit wary after reading a few negative comments, but I’m thrilled to say they couldn’t be more off the mark. Not only is the all-you-can-eat sushi high quality, but it’s also the most affordable I’ve seen in Utah. The nigiri and rolls were fresh and flavorful—not the kind that leave you wondering if they’re trying to stretch their fish with rice.

Service was relaxed but friendly—just enough to feel welcomed without rushing the vibe. It’s rare to find sushi this good at prices this reasonable, and Sushi Yu delivers. If you're on the fence because of mixed reviews, trust me: this place is worth your visit. I’ll be back—and I can’t wait to try more of what they offer!

This place was amazing! I have always been skeptical of AYCE in Utah but I can admit this place was above and beyond my expectations! Especially the nigiri, all of it was so amazing! Totally worth the price for all you can eat, and let me say you definitely get your moneys worth.

I love this place so much. The ease of ordering, the fresh food, the diligent service. This is a place you can go and spend a couple of hours so you don't feel bad about the price tag.

It's truly truly worth it, and I would recommend everything on the menu.

Food was amazing, cute atmosphere inside. The temperature is kinda warm but it’s the middle of summer. Glad we went! We will be back!! We paid 75 for 2 people all you can eat and we took 2 rolls home. Thank you!!
