Sweet Rolled Tacos

My family and I went in around 8pm. As we arrived the staff was rude and acted like us being there was a burden. We ordered 3 items, and went to sit down to wait. 2 of our items came out quickly, and then we waited as 6 other items were placed on the counter for other families before we got our last one. By that time the other 2 had melted, and the 3rd one was made incorrectly. I asked for boxes, the girl sighed, rolled her eyes and threw them on the counter. My kids really love this place, but after the service received tonight, we will take the 30 minute drive to another location.

My daughters didn’t get one of the toppings that was supposed to come on their taco. We waited and tried to get attention of any staff person for about 20 min. They were all in the back, we could see them on their phones but couldn’t get their attention.

Fun to try and fun concept. It just didn't really have much flavor to it and didn't seem like high quality ice cream. My biggest issue was the staff. One was sitting on the countertop (where food is prepared, so a bit off putting for a first impression) and on her phone the whole time. She didn't even look up when we walked in or help make our order. Once we got our order, all employees were in plain sight all on their phones doing nothing. Coming from a food service job, it was off putting to see so many people just sitting around. Also, none wore any sort of hat or hair covering which is a requirement for food establishments, so I don't know what that's about. Anywho, fun enough vibe and concept but I don't feel the need to come again.

It was alright. Really cute idea and presented nicely but not the best I’ve cream I’ve ever had. I’d try it again sometime though.

They say open until 10:30 but don't try after 10, you'll get looks that kill from the annoying little girls that work there.
Food is great, too bad they don't hire a friendly staff that makes you feel welcome!
If you want to close at 10pm, change your hours to 10pm!

Decent spot!

I have been there a couple times now.

I normally ask them to not add the shell so that way it is gluten free!

I will also add that they have a decent amount of options but it would be nice to have a build your own or something along those lines.

I also feel as if it’s not very clean. A lot of the time there is spilled stuff on the tables and the bathroom is not very clean.

The staff is not always very personable which is not great. We stopped by August 9th around 7pm and there was a young girl working at the register in a black graphic T-shirt. She was not very personable. My mom approached her after placing our order to ask if she could remove the shell from her order as she forgot to ask. The girl proceeded to act as if my mom was dumb and didn’t know what she was saying.

Other than that incident, it’s not a bad spot.

The rolled ice cream is good but a bit overpriced. Almost 20$ for two feels steep I’d say 15 or less would be better. The root beer float was not available which was a bummer as I really wanted one. Overall, good but not great.

Overpriced and the quantity and flavor wasn’t anything special. Save your money and go to another ice cream shop.

Straight gas. This place slaps. Super cool vibe, laid back and the ice cream is not the only thing with chill. Employees are awesome. Super personable and menu knowledgeable.

First, the actual product was good. We really enjoyed the ice cream.

However, the staff was not good. We were the only customers in the place when we arrived.
They were nowhere to be seen or heard when we came in. Had to rattle the tip jar to get their attention. Once they came out they seemed like our presence was an annoyance. Took our order and made our items quickly, then disappeared in to the backroom to not be seen again for our entire visit. I did spot one of them in the back as we were leaving. Had her feet up and on her phone (big surprise). I could understand if they were students in the back doing work for school while the store is slow. However, you'd think that when times are slow, they would clean the dining area...nope. The pics are the trash can and table next to us while we ate.

Walked in at 5:58pm and was denied service since they close at 6p

I never give anywhere a five but this place was bomb! Good! Great service, quick to get ice cream! Super yummy 😋

Nightmare to pickup from this place on a Saturday night.
Not enough employees, they don’t pay attention to customers, are not helpful, it’s loud, and just stay away.
The deserts are overpriced and they weren’t even that good.

Yammie shake is the best !!

My wife and I took a good friend to enjoy a unique treat today. She's from Hungary, so we wanted to shared something she'd never experienced. Yummmm! She had the Fun Sundae, which she really enjoyed!
