Barely put food together properly and didn't say a word to us besides what they had to at the window. There was tomatoes and cheese all over the bottom of my bag I think they just threw the food into the bag XD

I came here a week ago and ordered a black bean grilled cheese burrito online, but I received a black bean crunchwrap instead. Today, I went back and again ordered a black bean grilled cheese burrito, but at the drive-through this time, they once again gave me a crunchwrap. When I told them it was wrong, they argued with me and insisted it was what I ordered. I am positive it is not, as I do not like crunchwraps and don't order them. Orders must be correct. I'm not happy to pay for food I do not want and did not order.

I really wish there was negative stars. Myself and some friends go there once a week in the early morning. On our last visit was our last. We couldn't get anyone to help us.We waited over 20 minutes. At 2am no one was there. We hollered a few times to no avail. Finally some punk guy came out and told us he wasn't going to wait on us because we were confrontational. I can see by your current ratings you've lost a few customers, add four more to it. Look's like you lost a few more. Good luck you've got a big job ahead

They were all giggling in the back and not paying attention. Waited 20 mins for my mobile pick up order and was missing items. Terrible.
I would admonish the employees to just throw away the tortillas that are so dry they break when you're making the taco. Likewise, don't serve burnt quesadillas.
Also, less than one sauce packet per item is not enough.
Taco Bell has raised prices enough that subpar food is unacceptable.

I stopped in at this Taco Bell at 1:09 am, and they guy taking my order was super chill, this is the first Taco Bell I've been too, so I didn't know what to have, and I was exhausted from work; I asked for a suggestion that was cheap and also protein blasted, and the guy responded with great energy and gusto, and was super chipper and willing to help, gave me a few suggestions, I got a bit more selective, and he helped with That too. 11/10 customer service, great Customer service. I don't think I've ever had better at any restaurant, the guy listened for a bit, then adapted to my speech, and maybe was slightly unprofessional, in his speech technically, but it was a quirk that made me far more comfortable and happy, I dont normally leave reviews, maybe sometimes when Google bugs me too, but I loved this guy so much, I wrote most of this while waiting for my food, which despite a large and diverse order was given too me in under 2-3 minutes. Id ask for his socials if he wasn't on the job or if it was socially acceptable.

Best Location. The one in Sandy is absolutely Terrible. And same goes for the one in Herriman. This location actually gets your order correct, & doesn't skimp on the fillings. So far I have not had a bad experience at this Riverton Taco Bell.
