Ordered 4 things from this store and every single thing was wrong. I managed a taco bell and this is laughable at best. Quasadilla not cut at all, gordita missing the nacho cheese shell, the burrito supreme wrapped terribly and leaking all over. The drink didnt even have ice. Cmon guys, you have to put in more effort to be this bad than it take to just read the damn screen. Seriously terrible work from everyone involved.

The guy running the drive through window tonight - I called after getting my order because the beefy 5 layer I had ordered was very small. I didn’t want them to remake it just wanted them to be aware they were coming out small. He asked if I would come back to show them and I was hesitant but he insisted so I did.i got there and showed them, said I’d be on my way cause again didn’t want anyone to remake it, before I could finish talking He handed me a fresh fully loaded 5 layer and was very nice about it. Will be back due to his generosity and kindness.

Traveling with my family, absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Food was terrible, service was awful, I overheard one staff name-calling another-- completely inappropriate.

-EDIT usually this place is great, but there is one employee that works late that never knows where to retrieve to go orders and even though I could clearly see that my order was there behind the counter, in the back, I kept trying to tell the employee when I'm picking it up that it's right over there that i think that its my order and he wouldn't listen to me. As he was searching on the computer to it. And then finally realized that was my order, and I don't understand why this guy doesn't know where pickup orders are.
Even when they are busy they work quick and are friendly! The food tastes good compared to other Taco Bells I've been to
