I went through the drive thru at around 6:30pm today 3/16/24, while I was there the lady at the window was asking the kid in the back to make my tacos and he refused. She kept asking him to make it and he was being very rude to her, I ended up having to wait almost 10 mins for them to finally make it.
They are not good at refunds and also they’re not good when you call and ask for help when you don’t get your door dash order. There manager is not helpful.

I only ever go through the drive thru, the employees are always friendly and accommodating when I ask for substitutions and this location had always had the freshest food(: thanks guys!!

Would give zero stars if I could. I came in with my dad and got a Crunchwrap supreme. Only 25 minutes later I was in the bathroom throwing up. Well I ended up with the worst food poisoning imaginable. I threw up for 15 hours straight and ended up in the ER for 2 days because I was dehydrated and sicker than hell.

I went back! One of my friends started talking about the Chalupa and how badly they wanted one and then the ads kept coming on the TV! I ordered a beef chalupa. Not on the menu but they made one for me. I got the Hot sauce. I'd never had a Chalupa before and I enjoyed it very much.

Why advertise breakfast till 11 if you stop serving 20 minutes to 11. Not very surprised however with the kids that they typically hire

We went here at 1:00 a.m. and waited a long time to get our food there was only one car in front of us and it took forever the food was mediocre the burritos were dry and I paid $35 to have lettuce added that I didn't get. The kid working the window that took our order and got us our food was really

Must order online or through digital kiosk . The food was fast and very cold! They focus on drive-through customers. The dining room is an echo chamber. Music is too loud to enjoy a conversation. I paid $8.00 for a cold Burito Supreme and a medium beverage. Thankfully, they didn't run me through the auto tip selection subroutine before I even saw the food as many other fast food places do. They offered only forks and spoons. Some people require a knife to eat.The place is clean and offers restrooms. Their workers are not rude.If you like cold burritos and like to drive through, then this is the perfect place for you. I came in happy and left, still hungry. Sorry, folks. That's just the experience I encountered at Taco Bell. I will eventually be back with the hope of recording a glowing report...if they deserve it.
