We went new years eve. The place was extreamly packed, with a 45 minute wait time. The food was totally worth the wait. Our waiter was wonderful and attentive despite how incredibly busy it was. We had a wonderful family meal to end the year!

We come here extremely often, but this time Texas really stood out particularly because of our server Dustin. A server can either make or break a dining experience, and having had personal experience in the high end restaurant business I can confidently say Dustin was a phenomenal server that elevated our dinner. Super personable, funny, and attentive. He deserves all the recognition. The food was great as well! My favorite location by far.

So our wait was like 2 hours????? The food was alright, we were here for my birthday dinner and we told the waitress so she said that they would be singing happy birthday + get me ice cream, that never happened so birthday dinner ruined. Thanks Texas Roadhouse

We placed our order to go. We understood that it would be a wait because of the holiday week and we’re okay with that. When we got our text that our door was ready we headed to the window and had to stand in line for 30 mins. When we got home our food was good but was cold. There has to be a better way to get people through the line so we are not waiting.

Got up and was excited to start the new year off with a steak from Texas Roadhouse, what a horrible experience. We were treated like second rate customers, couples were seated ahead of us and when we came inside from the cold they shunned us more. Disgusting attitude and service. We seen employees playing with her hair over the rolls and employees acting like they were forced to be here.
